I've put in 2 job apps now and nothing has happened. No calls No emails No NOTHING. (ps i put the 2 job forms in a week apart from each other still no nothing for ether one) If you want to work somewhere DO NOT do an job app for this dollar tree

I love this store! Very open environment and have everything and anything you would want for every holiday! My grandkids love doing the crafts and they are cheap, if something happens to them!

The absolute worst Dollar Tree. Went in to buy balloons for my daughter's birthday only to be told by TWO employees that they don’t know how to work the balloon tank or how to change the valve for different types of balloons. The old lady working was very rude and proceeded to tell me they were out of every balloon that I wanted. Seems like management may have failed by not training the employees on shift to know how to sell a product they have.

Cashier rang me up and before the person ahead of me could finish getting their bags mine were being put with hers by the time I noticed tried calling the number doesn’t work went back up there the cashier isn’t there and nobody could help me so I give this store the worst possible review absolutely no customer service this place is a joke I’ll go the extra 15 min to another dollar tree before I step foot in this one

Very nice Dollar Tree in Ravenna however the people that drive up here are rude as hell I really need to go back take their driving test again just my opinion

I drive all over the city for biotin and I called this place in Ravenna, I asked the lady on March 19th around 8:30 pm and asked was there any biotin. She said yes I just put those out. I told her I will be picking up the biotin in the morning. The next morning I drove a whole hour there and there was absolutely no biotin at all to be found. The cashier was looking all around for it but yet no biotin so I’m giving 1 star for this because that lady lied to me and wasted my time and my gas. That lady lied to me just to get me off the phone so she can hurry up and close the store. I am very disappointed. What happened to customer service and good retail habits? If I can order some online I would but it’s not much biotin out there.
