I took my Volvo here one time because I heard that Mark was a Volvo wizard. He is in fact that and I was super happy with what he did to my vehicle and the service he provided.However in the summer/fall of 2022 I must've called that shop 10 times and left voicemails to have someone please call me back. I wanted Mark to do more work on my Volvo. He never returned a single call. I even reached out on Facebook and still no response.His unwillingness to take 5 minutes and return a call was enough for me to realize he only needs a customer once.Super disappointed. I was really hopeful to call him my long term mechanic. Unfortunately I can't and won't due to his unwillingness to return a simple phone call.Service: General repairs & maintenance
