Owner is rude. If you want to go to the restaurant across from the laundromat, but the parking spaces are full, good luck. There will literally be two customers actually at the laundromat, but he will be right on you for parking. The wife and I parked real quick to pick up food and he was on us after a couple of seconds. Extremely petty.

Owner is very rude! He told me what washers to use, would only give me $20 in quarters when I only needed $12 dollars, was putting my money in the machines. I have been doing my own laundry for many years. I do not need help. I will not return to that establishment again. Very poor business practice

The worst ever! For one the owner took it up on himself to tell me which washers to use then proceeded to stand there and watch me load. Then he grabbed my detergent and poured it in without asking. He was very rude and weird. A lady came in and started her laundry and went outside to her car and he stood by her washer the whole time opening and closing the door. It wasn't til I got home and layed down on my newly washed pillow cases that I noticed a mildew smell and so I hand washed the pillow cases and the water that came out of them were blacker than me. It was so disgusting... I'll never use that place again if a gun was held to my head! Super disgusting!

I seriously just had the owner of this laundry mat kick my brand new truck! I am not local and ordered out from the restaurant next door. I did not realize it was laundry mat parking only. Was in the spot for less than 5 minutes. The guy started yelling at me when I came out. Told him sorry and I was leaving and he just kept up his mouth. When I was trying to leave he kept screaming so I finally told him off..then he kicked my truck!!! It took everything I had to not get physical with this guy... stay away from this place!!

The owner is weired as heck he told me what washer to use where to put my clothes he wonders why he has zero customers maybe he should leave ya alone the place is gross.. He literally was emptying the quarters out of the machine as soon as I put them in to start it.. I really think he needs to shut his doors worst place ever I went to ta wash my bedding ...

Fair place. I usually don't have problems going to it. Would be nice if more equipment can be repaired. Many of his equipment is out of service. The good part is the water levels on the hard mount washer-extractors are set much better than the hard mounts out at Mins West Main Laundry as their water levels at Mins West Main is set at HE water levels. The owner at East Main might not speak good English, But he is comfortable with me as his customer. Some of his washer he has out of service does have water drainage issues which also explains why he usually points to you at what washer you can use. The Hot Water is scarce. If you need Hot Water and a Hard Mount Washer with a good water level. Majestic is a better place to go for that need. the dryers at East Main are kept clean which is a plus. the East Main Staff usually keeps the washers clean too.

I saw the reviews and was skeptical, but I decided to use drop off service anyway. My laundry was done same day. Washed, dried, and folded, and my dress shirts were even hung on hangers. While I understand people’s frustration with some of the things they may have dealt with, my experience with drop off service was rather pleasant.

The owner is very rude, he makes you feel like he doesn't want you there. My clothes literally smelt like dirty socks after drying my clothes in his dryers. It's disgusting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS LAUNDROMAT!
