Over 20000 points gone and missing after my vist. None of the games I wanted in stocks. Made one purchase but placed 5 holds and two purchases except which tied up over 700 dollars when i only spent 90 dollars. i only needed the games once and purchased one copyof the game i was sent 2. Use wish I didn't just Renew my pro pass

Employee Michala watched me walk in with my hat on and then accuse me of stealing and I walked in with it!!! Treated me and my brother like garbage when we came in to buy a bunch of different stuff. Will never come here again. Never been so insulted

The employees in store have been helpful! The corporate manager or whoever really runs the store is a joke. I have waited 3 weeks to receive money that was taken from my account when my card declined. I have gotten the run around day after day. I will be returning everything ive purchased recently through this store. This is why everyone buys digital and gamestop will be obsolete in a few years. This place is a joke.
