Went to pick up my cake I ordered they treat me like criminal hardly let me see it told me if I didn't have any more shopping they would take it up front cause people were stealing cakes really I had a cart I am 63 and frequent this store often made me feel awful as the large woman took my cake made a big deal if parading it up to the register holding it in her hands until the clerk rand sorry no more cakes bought from your store if your theft is that bad dont embarrass me

So we purchased some burger blend ground meat. Supposed to be 70% beef 30% fat. I believe it was 30 % beef 70% fat. Had almost called the fire department to put out the grill. Burgers fell apart trying to cook them. Never seen anything like it. Looked good but red dye can make anything look better. Never again will we purchase meat from there

2 in-store liquor stores, Ravenna&Rootstown, w/excellent customer service. That roasted/baked chicken fits my budget & taste buds!

Their prices are just stupid! They believe they have a captive audience so they can get away with charging an average of fifty cents to one dollar more on every product than anyone else around. I don't believe in gouging the public!

Only 1 cashier in the whole store and at the 12 items or less place. I go to self checkout and you need an advantage card to checkout. Lady giving that is not nice at all and taking her time. I don't want to come back here anytime soon.

Regular shopper at GE Ravenna. Store gets ridiculously busy, so I tend to shop in the evening after 8 PM. NOW, they have no self-checkouts open after 8 PM and 1 cashier, so line gets ridiculous. Many people shop at night to avoid the crowd and this new rule of no self-checkout after 8 defeats the whole purpose of trying to avoid lines and crowds. I asked "why" to the male cashier, and he snapped "to stop shoplifters".... as if all of us shopping at night steal from the store. Really insulting comment from him. He's been there a long time. This will make me drive to WalMart for late night shopping. Bad move GIANT EAGLE.
