I wish I was able to speak with the manager here. We were told a price for the storage unit book it and now it's something different, I was never instructed on a 3 day or 5 day anything and now the payment needing made is outrageous. I don't know if it's a 3rd party place I've been speaking to or just got off the phone with but they are definitely not helpful and could careless. I see all these good reviews but my experience so far has been horrible and would love to speak to the manager Sam that everyone else has spoke too.
