The continual slide of PNC is evident in how they treat their customers. Fees, fees, fees, they make a mistake, you get charged, and then when you try to get it corrected, they charge overdraft and late fees because of their ineptitude.Plus, you have to go to pnc locations, nothing local, of course, to correct it, and you can't even get anyone on the phone. Going back and forth and all they do is want to argue even when you have email correspondence from corporate. Then, the coup de grace is when they're blatantly in the wrong, they state its part of their "policies and procedures."Try closing the account after they screwed it up and more fees.Seriously, the worst bank in recent history, monkeys counting bananas would be better.

Staff is nice enough but the fact that they are completely “cashless” to the point where you cannot even exchange bills anymore is a joke. The service is slow. It’s not private.The drive-thru atm has eaten multiple bills from me and it has now eaten my debit card and retained it. The advice given to me was to just go get a new card tomorrow. That’s all well and good, but I have bills will automatically come out tomorrow morning and my account will be overdrafted. I cannot even use the generated atm pin from the app to use the inside atm because it is the “automated teller” that does not accept the pin.I will be closing my account soon.

if i could give y'all no stars i would. theres not a single location that has customer crevice, bankers, or change. as someone who needs quarters to do their laundry, y'all have screwed me over so hard. i am100% switching banks. go fuck yourselves.

Customer service was super here, one of the tellers is the queen of considerate help, but now two months ago or so the have gutted the inside and you need to use an automated teller which is painfully slow, not private and personally dangerous for withdrawal or cashing checks. Very disappointed, and they said this is where it's going! Next please!

I will NEVER use this bank again!! I tried to cash a check there and they refused to cash it!! What a joke!!

No actual tellers and no drive thru service. Might as well close down the bank at that point.

From my visit on April 26th 2023: This location no longer has tellers on site. There is a "super" ATM in the lobby that can connect to a remote teller and that has extended hours. When I was there they had workers standing by to help use the machine. There is a regular ATM in the drive-thru. They still have offices for other banking services like loans.

The dumbest thing PNC did....no tellers, no drive-up window, forcing customers to use the virtual teller in the vestibule... ridiculous. As we stood in line with several other customers, we watched five walk out. We will be leaving PNC ASAP!

Staff is friendly enough, that however does not make up for painfully slow service. I understand staffing is a problem right now but when you close your lobby and only have one drive through open how much staff could you possibly need? On top of all of it PNC is not small business friendly at all do not open an account here unless you like giving your money away and you like waiting in line.

My bank card info was stolen so I had to cancel card and get a new one. Probably quickest bank visit ever! Linda and Jeremy were very professional and courteous. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Friendly, professional, great service.
