The pricing was confusing for a 10 x 18 unit. ? I was told a price of $112 by the manager and there would be a rate increase the first of the year. But if I signed a year's lease he would keep my price for the year of $112 a month and give me a free month.
However there was a binder on the desk with a pricing sheet of $85 a month for a 10 x 18.? The binder was sitting in plain site facing me. When I pointed out to the manager the pricing sheet says $85 he put the binder away and said that was the old price. ?♀️
So I went to another storage place and rented a 10x20 unit for $98 a month. ?Oh and I didn't have to sign a years lease for a storage unit with the place I rented from.?
It felt like Portage Storage is just randomly making up prices and trying to pressure customers to sign a years lease.??????
