Since they have taken over red dot they have been so helpful and kind . Easy to talk to very courteous the gentleman knew my name when I walked in the office this is only my second time going into the office I am really impressed with this company !

Do not rent a storage unit at this property. You are able to get into any storage unit in any building if there is a vacant unit in the building because the ceiling are just a wire mesh separating all units. Even knowing that not securing the vacant unit you can get into all of them they still leave the vacant unlocked.
There have been several brake ins at this property alone and the new manager of the property said that's how they do things and nothing is changing. Also if you are a criminal reading this good news easy pickings have fun

I chose the wrong storage unit place they were 8 minutes the opposite direction from what i needed i called back to cancel and get a refund they tell me that don't do refunds after 5 days of your purchase but they did not tell me this otherwise i would not have rented the unit. So I asked for a supervisor and she tells me she can not refund me i explained my moving situation and still she refused.

Would never ever use again or recommend unless you are a crack head and need to use this place as your home…. I say that because we had two units for the last 3 years that were broken into 2x and we had so much stuff stolen out of them including a safe, tvs and other things. Red dot allows crack heads to live in their storage units and then break into other people units by crawling through ceilings and cutting the mesh and going into other units. We are not the only people this happened too.Their gates were left open for months and months allowing anyone off the street to access their “secure” facility.Give them your money at your own discretion. But you’ve been warned.

⚠️ No trash cans or dumpsters on location, so people just leave their junk out. The place gets broken into and you have to jump through hoops to get anyone to help you after getting everything they ask for it's been 4 months since my unit was broken into and still waiting on a reply and how they're going to repay me my loss. And everything that was damaged that needs thrown out. It's up to me to take care of. There's no dumpster on site like I said to toss out the damaged and broken property that happened during the break-in to my storage unit. It takes weeks for them to plow in the winter therefore, you can't get into the driveway or get to your storage unit. Badly managed storage facility. If I could rate it minus five stars I would. The price hikes are ridiculous. There's no one on site no staff so if there's a problem you have to take the time out of your day to call them. No matter if it's the gates not working properly, they're building has been broken into or someone's other storage unit. Again badly managed property and business. Find a different storage facility!! YOU BEEN WARNED!! 11 / 14 / 2023 ⚠️

Not enough information was given to me.Couldn’t put my car in unit without ramps and then told me my car had to be on empty. We couldn’t get their lock off the unit, rusted solid.Poor experience
