I hired Rob for some personal issues that needed to be addressed in Domestic Relations court. Although the circumstances surrounding my case were less than desirable, Rob and his team were consummate professionals. Going to court is never an easy process, but Rob was always able to break things down with virtual aplomb. I always was informed and every need was addressed. My case was resolved with the best possible outcome for everyone. I am exceptionally satisfied with Rob and his team and would recommend him to anyone without reservation.

I will always be grateful to Rob and his associates. Rob is very direct and to the point while still keeping a calming presence, which was what I needed during my year long divorce. I have great respect for anyone who can say “I don’t know the answer to that, but I will find out.” And that is exactly what Rob and Melissa did throughout the process and kept me informed along the way. So much so that there were several occasions I relayed information to my soon to be ex because his own lawyer didn’t keep in contact. Because of their careful critiquing they were able to catch statements in the decree that could have been huge issues for me in the long run. Rob did exactly what I paid him for, to protect me. I would highly recommend t to anyone going through a very tough divorce

Never use this firm for your divorce situation. I wish I could give them a 1/2 a star. The judge & Rob Rosenburg MY LAWYER never believed my financial business crisis and so I have paid my ex-wife more in "Her business interest" over the last 4 years then I have recieved from the business. And now the business is nothing but an anchor- even after liquidating. Meanwhile, my ex-wife moved out of state because her other son was very sick, and has now passed away. While I would have never stopped my Ex from being with her dying son... Rob Rosenburg didn't feel it important to at least give some "out of state" guidelines. NOW I don't see my son unless I drive to Chapel Hill.. Rob's comments "Oh well, your son now has friends in NC and has acclimated to that environment" "He doesn't know you as much as his mom" THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. My son is 6 years old and has no relationship with either sets of Grandparents or his Dad. If I had money- I would of hit this firm with a malpractice lawsuit!NEVER USE THIS FIRM!

Mr. Michael daily is my number one recommended attorney at law I've ran into a few mishaps and sketchy circumstances where I was charged and facing time in jail and every time he's managed to keep me a free man , if you are introuble I'd say you better give michael daily a call
