“We love having our things stored here. Safe and secure. Some local spots don't have a fence on the whole property and some that do don't keep the gate closed. Ravenna storage has clean, safe, and protected units. There are plenty of cameras. And the property has a fence around the whole place. AND also the.mgr is on duty 6 days a week!!!! All the other places in town but one do not have a person on site to show you units or discuss in person. I highly recommend ravenna storage. It's obviously very popular Bec they rarely have units come open!! I hope they expand!”

“Red Dot storage is a joke and a enemy to it's renters. First raised our insurance rates. Gotta wonder why . My insurance rates don't go up. And who am I insuring not me. They're charging us to insure their property. Now they're raising my rent 10%. For what ? They don't plow the snow. I had to go through ankle deep slush to get to my unit. The kiosk only works half the time the gate hasn't worked for at least 2months. What do they do to to justify a 10% increase. Greed has been running wild. They're only increasing rent because they can”

“I liked the storage facility as I rented there. It was easy to access the unit, the unit was always dry so I never worried about my items getting wet. It wasn't climate controlled, but that was ok with what I stored there. The staff I dealt with were always pleasant, personable, and professional. Thanks again for a good facility.”
