“Really nice people! When I first walked in I was immediately made to feel welcome by both Sam and Karen. They were so helpful and willing to make sure everything was just right for my situation. Very nice ladies! If you need a storage unit I seriously recommend this place. You can tell they really care about their customers.”

“Kathy was and continues to be wonderful in addressing challenges that I have had with my online account and moving into a new unit at the Ravenna location. She has been kind, patient, and compassionate, making a frustrating situation tolerable and also quickly resolving the situation. Kudos to Kathy.”

“Friendly staff. Very helpful and understanding. Only draw back is that there is not 24hr access to your rented unit. However, when we got ours, they were the best rate in the Randolph area with the size that we needed.”

“I have no idea what some of these people are talking about. Every employee I've talked to at the office has been very nice and quiet, accommodating to my needs, which I have appreciated over the years. They all do an awesome job. Keep in mind yall, you can't please everyone all the time.”

“SROA is the best experience I've ever had with any storage facility! They honored a deal that surprised me in which it feels like a favorable deal for me. Austyn, Kathy & Pam all made me feel as though they truly valued me as a customer. They offered other services and tips to help accommodate me. Thank you guys! I highly recommend SROA for your storage needs!”
