Sam Jackson's, being Honda specialists, have knowledge of Hondas for body lines and color match, doing bodywork for American Honda. They presented the repair possibilities based on both an insurance claim or self-pay, what would be required and what would be optional to do. They asked for my Ridgeline for a week to do the work needed. Being retired, that was no problem...
But after dropping off the truck Sunday, I learn I need it absolutely by the following Saturday. They did the job by Wednesday, and from what I can see, they did some additional detail clean up as well. The Ridgeline was quite literally good as new and I have it in time to deal with my needs Saturday morning.
The body work and paint color match look flawless. Only way to tell is the bit of scuff on the $505 black back bumper cover that I did not replace since it was more economically sensible to self-pay than to go through my insurance - no claim, no premium increase. The options presented by the estimator gave me the ability to know I could pay half the cost by choice and avoid any premium increase, yet have no effects on safety and performance.
Oh, and the people are personable and helpful. Conversational when time allows.
If you need body repair to your Honda automobile or truck, Sam Jackson's Auto Body in Raymond Ohio is the place to go, good enough for Honda is good enough for me, plus great people. It proved to be the right move.

More than pleased with the repairs done to my vehicle. They had some miscommunication due to staff emergencies but Ben and his staff made it right. My vehicle looks brand new. We have had them do repairs in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

I was over the top to get my car today! They scheduled me for the following week once my claim to insurance was submitted. That was fast! Sam Jackson's was in contact with my insurance about my claim and estimate, and even let my rental car company know I returned the rental! They checked in with me to let me know how it was progressing and when I could pick it up. My car looks great! It was repaired in just a week and it was clean-inside and out! I so much appreciated all the behind the scenes work they did for me!

If you have a Honda or Acura you would be a fool to even consider taking it somewhere else. This is the best shop I have ever been to. I am someone who hates to have other people work on my car but I am always at ease and reassured when I take it here because I know it’s going to come out fantastic.

Very friendly very thorough. They gave me a timetable in the actually finished early the results were perfect when they were done you couldn't even tell that I hit a deer. If you have a Honda or an Acura this is definitely the place to get great service and your automobile brought back to

Someone backed into my Odyssey in a parking lot, and Mark and Rob worked with the party’s insurance to get this job taken care of. They were incredibly helpful, walking me through every step of the process. When we picked up my Odyssey yesterday, we were delighted to find that, not only does my van look good as new on the outside, but they also detailed the interior.
