Unfortunately I have to use them because I am on Medicare. The people in pharmacy need to slow down let the customer complete a sentence before they answer. I talked to two people and they both were the same, cut me off in mid sentence. If it keeps up I will just go to another cvs.

This is my go to spot for various items. I find myself shopping here a few times a month and I have never had a bad experience. Personally I think all the staff is super friendly and helpful. I give it 2 thumbs up!!!

This is probably the worst pharmacy I have ever gone to. Whomever the gray haired woman is that works the window has worst attitude of any customer service employee I have dealt with. I have refused to be helped by her due to her eye rolling and condescending tone. Not to mention, the store opens at 8:00 a.m. but it's now 9:30 and they still are not open. It really inconveniences those of us who need our prescriptions. Also when I called the automated service to check the status of a prescription, it said it had already been picked up. When I tried to speak to a pharmacist about the matter, I was on hold for over 45 minutes and never got to speak with anyone.

The pharmacy techs are the rudest I have ever encountered. I suggest going elsewhere.

I tried to fill 3 prescriptions here for my dog (which we've done successfully in the past) and it took 2 days, 3 calls from me, and 3 calls from my vet for them to fill the prescriptions, and even then they only filled 2 of the 3 prescriptions. Two of the prescriptions still has refills on them (my vet confirmed) but the person we spoke with at CVS said they didn't.The pharmacist actually lied to me, telling me the vet "must have forgotten" to call them.It took them an hour to fill the prescriptions (okay, maybe things are crazy because of COVID), but when I picked up the prescriptions, one was missing. They said it would take another hour to fill it. I was going out of town and had already delayed our trip for 3 hours due to this situation.Do not rely on this CVS if you have prescriptions that are important for you to get on time.

Last weekend When I heard that I was eligible to get the #covid19 shot I went online to schedule it. The process at the #cvs web site was simple but a little frustrating. I had to choose a date to check for any available appointments. Some had none but once I selected a day and time I had to answer questions & fill out personal information on at least 4 screens before hitting the submit button. I then received an email confirming the appointment. After that as the time on the following Saturday got closer I received several more reminder and perceedual emails and text messages. On Saturday after some #familytime at the Cincinnati Zoo I drove to #cvs hoping for an experience that was both easy & quick! I misplaced the text message from that morning with a link to tap on to to confirm my arrival. This didn't matter as upon walking into the store wearing my mask there was a check-in table. The woman looked up my name, asked me #covid19 questions, checked my id & checked my temperature. I was handed a #cdc card with the date, location and #pfizeren620s information on it. She directed me back toward the #pharmacy intake counter. From here it was the #pharmacist who directed me to the 2 tables just back down the aisle from the #pharmacy. Another person was just finishing up I was called over to a table to get my shot. The woman sitting there was friendly and very professional. She tolerated my fear of all shots and needles. She gave me a very quick and almost painless shot as I had requested. I still gave out a little yell though! I was asked to wait around for 10 minutes. I really was not told why. Another person told me it had something to do with headaches. Out of my anxiety I checked back with the woman who gave me the shot, told her I felt fine and after checking the time said I could go now. The while process took maybe 25 minutes. I have a follow-up appointment in about 2 weeks. Today I feel a little sore all over but that is it. Until next time be kind to each other. #cvspharmacy #covid19vaccine @yelpcincy

Store and cvs as a whole are robbers. The store seemingly charges more on almost all things. Employees are not knowledgeable, so don't have a question, because they will just say ummmmmmmm.

Scheduled a COVID test for 1:10. Got to the pharmacy at 1:08. Waited in line until 1:36, just for a rude technician to let me know the pharmacists have “gone to lunch.” And to “come back at 2:30.” Her tone was rude and she was unapologetic.I went back at 2:30. The technician was a lot more apologetic and explained that the process was new and she wished the CVS website would tell people to have their email code ready when they pulled up for a test. This would make things go quicker, so ppl could get their test at their scheduled time.A guy behind me in line yelled for us to hurry up and said we could “bullsh*t” later. No wonder this lady wasn’t quick to be cheery and apologetic right away. She probably deals with mean guys like that.I hope the process gets better for her sake, but it didn’t take long once I came back.

They have the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. One tech yelled at me over me on phone and was extremely defensive and argumentative. This also isn’t just one instance. I’ve been having problems here for months with people being rude; techs and pharmacists included and I brushed it to the side thinking maybe they were just having a bad day. but the tech yelling at me and trying to argue with me on the phone really was the icing on the cake.I can’t imagine what kind of stress they put on people who have more debilitating health issues than me. This place is horrible.

The Pharmacy at this location has consistently created issues. They have struggled with refilling prescriptions on time stating that the doctor did not approve it, even though two refills were listed, and forcing me to call my doctors office multiple times to figure it out instead of contacting them on what they needed. They have also filled a 90 day prescription with only 30 days worth of medication, the first time it happened I did not realize it until I got home and they stated they could not help me or refund me the cost, this also created issues with my insurance covering the rest of the 60 day supply. The next time this happened luckily I caught it before I left the store, then I had to wait another week for them to get my full prescription in store. Be careful, and double check everything.

This CVS is the absolute worst that I have ever had to deal with. You can call prescription in one day and when you go get it the next day, it still isn't ready. They take their sweet time. And God forbid if you need to call them. They do not answer the phone. Definitely thumbs down for this location
