“At 10pm on a Sunday, it was a special occasion and my friends and I were going to sit down for a hookah session, but I dropped my glass base and it shattered. I knew the chances were slim, but I wanted to see if any stores that were open would carry a a spare hookah base. I called and talked to the owner who said said he had only one, and he sent me photos of it to make sure I wanted it and to approximate measurements before I drove there. When I got there, it wasn't the right size, so the owner spent extra time helping me come up with a solution that would give it a good fit temporarily. He then sold it to me very cheap and threw in a free pack of shisha. I cannot thank the owner enough for not letting our night end on a bad note.”

“The visit that I had in the Vitamin Shoppe was absolutely impeccably done the gentleman met us at the door and greeted us and invited us in asked if he could help us he had another customer he pointed Us in the direction by walking back to show us where to get it he went up and took care of the lady as she was approaching cuz she was finalizing her things that she was getting he took care of her and when we had a problem he caught our eye and he said do you need a little help which he did come and clarify everything he he was top of the line thank you for keeping him and I hope to see him on going. This is the second visit to the store in a short period of time and it was extremely Pleasant what made it that way was not just that the stores neat and clean but it was a customer service we got he was very pleasant.”
