In 2005, RBC underwent a major renovation, which corresponded with the bank's 100th anniversary. Bank management started a new era of growth in 2025 by merging The Republic Banking Company of Republic, OH, with The Farmers State Bank of New Madison, OH. This merger is one of two like-minded institutions with deep roots in their respective communities.
