AAA Pickerington provides excellent service with a friendly and knowledgeable team. Customers appreciate the helpfulness of the staff, especially the travel consultant who assists with booking flights and travel insurance. The receptionists are polite, efficient, and thorough, making for a pleasant experience. Although some services like trip ticks are considered old school, they are still very useful. Many customers look forward to using AAA services more as they plan future trips and bucket list adventures. Overall, AAA Pickerington is known for its great customer service and value in AAA products and travel planning.
Great service from the travel consultant(Lisa). I successfully booked flights and insured our grandson's Prague adventure in music.I only wish they (AAA) had more locations.
