Lovely Experience. Andrew helped me find a property in German Village after relocating from NY. It was definitely a tough decision but I had to make the move. I have never lived in Columbus, Ohio but I have family here so I wanted to find an area that was similar to where I lived in NY.

Great Service. Andrew helped me find an investment property as well a house for my family and I. He was very responsive and made sure I was aware of every single detail involved with the transaction. I usually hate when people don't follow up with me because it makes me anxious and Andrew was real good about that. The home was approximately 340,000 and he was able to find sellers to bid on the property and it ended up selling for 350,000!

I was searching for a commercial unit to rent and I was connected to Andrew. Andrew is great at what he does, very professional and worked with my schedule. Andrew is detail oriented and a cosumate profesional. I gave him my specifics in my choice of residence and in two days, I was ordering an inspection on my new house.
He recomended a very reputable inspector and, helped me obtain financing!
This guy is one stop real estate shopping!
I've already referred him to my sister and my boss. My sister puchased and my boss is in contract!

No one has worked harder for me in finding a location for my business. The thing that was most impressive to me was the strong communication. Balalovski never left me guessing, they always kept me in the loop. They also listened to me and found properties specifically suited to what I said I wanted. I called just about every other Real Estate company in the city and had nothing but dead ends. Highly recommended.
