Great service as usual, price is reasonable and in the 10 years of coming here we have never once had any issues. Much better than Firestone or the dealer for any repairs. Give them a chance, you won't regret it. They even work on foreign cars like Fiat.

Do Not Take your car here! They just charged my mother a $100 dollars to replace her battery! Also, kept the old battery & Core charge. An charged another $100 for the battery. They upcharge her everytime she goes! An this last time on 9/25 they where very rude and disrespectful!Services: Battery

I had gone to Beanys for over twenty years but recently they acted unprofessional and untrustworthy. A part went missing on my car after the last time I was there (about a month ago, and under the hood), so I asked the new manager Glenn about it. He proceeded to gaslight me and literally argued with me that it ever existed to begin with. I have driven the car for eight years, so I know it was there, I used it several time a year in fact.I do not believe he would have tried this crap with a man, nor would he call them "dear". When I emailed Kerri and mentioned the proof the part was still there, (the leftover rust spots where the part was), I discovered they sanded off the spots! (They were supposed to be checking for another issue the past few days and just felt like removing evidence I guess.) This was unauthorized of course which makes it illegal. (Luckily I took a picture before they did that.)Just cannot believe they would go to this much trouble for a twenty dollar part that I wasn't even asking them to replace. I mean, if you accidentally break something, just admit it was there and not gaslight me. They have lost me as a customer. Never had an issue with Joel or Steve so If you go to them, take pics of what you need them to work on, just in case.

Joel and Chris are no longer at Beany's .I was so shocked how unfriendly the new staff is .And how slow the service is .No way should it take 31/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.I was the only person there at the time with a scheduled appointment.Plus the prices have doubled since I was there a few months ago.My advice to them is get Joel and Chris back .

My 19 and 16 year old used my suburban to take a trip to see their grandmother in Delaware and the oil sensor went out about 2 hours from my house. I called Beany's and they took great care of my car and my boys! Little pricey but appreciated the fact that they promptly got them in and out and back on the road! Thank you! An appreciative parent

Beany's has a master mechanic and can do most types of work. Their prices may be a little hire, but they do good work and are reliable.

I went to *****'s to have some work done on my exhaust system. It is a family run company and Mrs. ***** was so friendly and helpful. The work was done properly and the customer service was wonderful!! Highly recommend them!

I stopped today for an estimate on replacing my exhaust. They looked at it and found it was the resonator, not the exhaust saving me $$$. Kerri, who is the owner, was awesome and we chatted until the car was done, which was done in less than an hour. I'd recommend this family-owned business to anyone looking for an honest and professional auto center. Thank you!!!Linda Z

They was very thorough on getting to the problem but they told me that I had a lot of things wrong that I have gain but they said everything was messed up when I did gain some more access than what I had before and they overpriced me for something that wasn't really what was going on

Update...they made right by me and purchased a new cap and insert from the dealer for my 2012 Honda Fit Sport. I'm happy with the outcome and feel better after driving with a piece of plastic and a rubber band I now have a cap on my Clutch master cylinder. UPDATE, after having my car back for a few weeks while driving in heavy traffic the clutch went down to the floor and wouldn't come back up. Called Joel and explained what happened, he said I don't understand what happened and to try and bring it in. Instead I took it to the dealer, they said the clutch fluid needs flushed and clean fluid put in.. cost me an extra 100.00 which I should not have spent but I felt better by letting the dealer fix it. But they also told me it needed a new clutch and flywheel??? I just had Beany's replace all that.. I don't know what thinkThank You Joel

My family has been going to Beanie's since I was a little kid. They are always honest and their work is top notch. They have never taken advantage of us. Whenever another car shop tells us we need repairs, we always take it to Beanie's. I can't imagine going anyplace else.

Exceptional service when I needed work the Friday after Thanksgiving. They fixed my car in the same day and made it better than before. They only did what was needed, without trying to sell me any extras. Highly recommend!

I had Beany's do my brake pads and rotors in January. It's November, and I put less than 30,000 miles on my car. The pads were worn to nothing. I took it to another shop since I didn't think it could possibly be the same thing, and I needed the work done right away. Beany's refused to refund any money, and there's a 2 year warranty. They also recommended replacing a control arm. The other garage says I need a sway bar. Since they don't agree, my guess is neither is necessary. In regards to the reply, if it was a labor error or part failure, I don't want it to happen again. So I went elsewhere. The steering wheel vibrated months ago. There was something wrong from the start.

Friendly, honest service! I’m new to the area and the people at Beany’s were exactly the type of auto mechanics I was hoping to find!They listened to my experience and explained things to me. They began and finished work on my vehicle sooner than expected as well.I look forward to continuing business with them!
