I spent a long time looking for where to take my car as the places Statefarm recommended didn’t have good reviews !!! Columbus is full of shady slimy car companies but that is the opposite of Radar Collision. They are one of a kind with top level service and care. They may be booked out a little bit but the wait is WELL worth it to know you got your car back exactly how it’s supposed to be. No mistakes. No mishaps. A perfect good as new car. And they do it time and time again!! You will not find anywhere better. The personalized care is exceptional, the thoughtfulness and professionalism are unparalleled. And most importantly it’s work done right by good people that aren’t trying to scam you. They look out for you and your vehicle. This is a great business and there’s a reason there’s a bit of a wait … it’s good work!!!!!!!!!! Good things require patience, and making my 2017 smashed Subaru crosstrek look good as new?????? Not only that I had smaller issues with a mirror I broke on my parents car and they have been incredible at helping me with that. I run a pet sitting company (Wags and Kisses Pet Care) and have a recommendation page for local services. It’s typically other pet services I recommend like local trainers but Radar Collision is good enough I need to add them to the list. Everyone in Columbus should know about them— it’s the best kept secret”

“This place is awsome and are all over town but you just don't realize it. It might be a door at the end of an old Kmart store. You just call the # and the part is at the location you need quickly. The customer service person will tell you where the parts pick up is..The cost is very affordable. I bought a new starter for a volvo for under $130. The parts are not cheap generic parts either. Alot of name brand parts. Highly recommend this place for cost effective parts.”
“I recently got into an accident a couple of months back. Connie and Walid were very helpful when it came to getting the repairs done as soon as possible. Once the repairs were finished my car looked so sparkly and smelled like a brand new car on the inside! I also didn't have to pay any of my deductible because it was covered by the shop! That was one of my biggest stressors before bringing my car in, but once they told me before the repairs started it took a lot of stress of my hands having to figure out how I was gonna pay my deductible. I am all in all so grateful and very appreciative for the services I received from them! My car looks amazing!”

“It is often difficult to trust someone to work on your vehicle being unsure of the recommendations that they are making and really not understanding what they are talking about. Each time I have taken my vehicles here, I have paid less than I would have elsewhere, they take the time to explain what is wrong with my vehicle, and have recommended not making repairs suggested by other mechanics and dealership service departments. The first time I was introduced to them, I had taken my van to two different mechanics who recommended replacing my transmission and provided estimates ranging from $1,500 - $1,700. International World Mechanical replaced a chip for $90 and it lasted another 5 years without another problem. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else without at least consulting with them. -- You should too!”
“Had brakes, ac compressor, and TPMS sensor replaced in a 2016 civic. They fixed it all within a couple of days and had my car ready for me. The car drives like a new one and the ac works perfectly. Rusty was extremely professional and detailed. Would take my vehicle here again.”

I've never worked with a body shop that truly cared so much about their customers satisfaction, let alone, put the work in the achieve it. My insurance company tried to cheap out on parts and the overall repair. A-1 ensured my repair was done properly and with the proper parts. It's refreshing to work with a shop that is proud of the work they do for their customers and are concerned with doing it the right way. Most shops will just get the work done to get it done and send you on your way. That's just not the way A-1 does business. The industry is and has been in a very sad state due to greedy and corrupt insurance companies but A-1 gave me hope.”
