“Back on December 2 I was involved in an accident where a guy went through a stop sign and basically sideswiped my jeep. I work for an AutoZone in my area and we work with fine line delivering parts in what not to them immediately I knew where I needed to go and Bill in the staff at fine line took incredible care of me. They were able to get me into a rental, they were able to make sure that I was taken care of. Communication was fantastic from the get… I would highly recommend fine line to anybody that’s been into an accident and needs to get some major body work Done. Bill and Beth and the rest of the staff at fine line will definitely make sure that you guys are taken care of I hope to never get into another accident, but if I do, they will for sure get my business again.”

“I accidentally scratched the side of my car. First i tried to get a quote at another body shop. It took them a week before i heard back and the quote felt high.
So i decided to shop around and discovered Fine Line Auto body. They had better reviews and i can assure you they earned it. I drove in without an appointment and they quoted it on the spot and they gave me different options to fix it. Due to xmas season, i could only afford the cheapest option.
I had my car fixed in a day turnaround. I was amazed by their work. I cant even tell where the scratches were.
I cant remember the names of the staff that helped me but they were amazing. They were friendly yet professional.”

They fixed my hood at the quoted amount and took care of the extra needs of my aging automobile at a reasonable charge. Honest, straight-forward, and fair pricing on parts and labor. I spent a long time looking for where to take my car as the places Statefarm recommended didn’t have good reviews !!! Columbus is full of shady slimy car companies but that is the opposite of Radar Collision. They are one of a kind with top level service and care. They may be booked out a little bit but the wait is WELL worth it to know you got your car back exactly how it’s supposed to be. No mistakes. No mishaps. A perfect good as new car. And they do it time and time again!! You will not find anywhere better. The personalized care is exceptional, the thoughtfulness and professionalism are unparalleled. And most importantly it’s work done right by good people that aren’t trying to scam you. They look out for you and your vehicle. This is a great business and there’s a reason there’s a bit of a wait … it’s good work!!!!!!!!!! Good things require patience, and making my 2017 smashed Subaru crosstrek look good as new?????? That’s the dream. After I got work done there people think my car is new. It’s 9 years old!!! And the work they do is so spic and span and fresh it looks like a 2025/2026 car!!
Not only that I had smaller issues with a mirror I broke on my parents car and they have been incredible at helping me with that. I run a pet sitting company (Wags and Kisses Pet Care) and have a recommendation page for local services. It’s typically other pet services I recommend like local trainers but Radar Collision is good enough I need to add them to the list. Everyone in Columbus should know about them— it’s the best kept secret”

“Malcolm is the best. I ordered a chrome fuel door for my Hummer H3 after someone destroyed the original trying to steal it. I tool it to several places, but they all had an excuse not to fix it. Ernies’s Auto even said that the fender had to be removed to replace the fuel door. I found Malcolm online, took it to him and he had it done in less than 20 min. Nothing like a good mechanic. Thanks again Malcolm?”

Wow. What's not to love about a family owned and operated neighborhood business that's been serving the community for over 60 years? I never leave Google reviews, but I've got to make an exception for Bernie's. Though busy, they worked me in right away and gave me a beautiful new bumper more quickly than I would have expected. Both the work and the service was excellent. And they're just really nice folks. I recommend them very highly!”
