“I went into Dent Doctor to get an estimate because my passenger side door would not open. I accidentally backed into the side wall of my garage. I have no idea how it caused the passenger side door to no longer open. However, I asked if I could get an estimate, and the woman went out to look at my car. I got 3 estimates and by far Dent Doctor was the cheapest. I was told they could fix it so the door would close but the dent would still be there. I was ok with that and when it was finished, they not only were able to get the door to open and close but they also fixed the dent. It's like it never happened! Thank you guys for your service. I went there because a friend of mine has been using Dent Doctor for years and told me they are fair and reasonable. I'm a believer!”

But Caliber in Columbus off of hall rd and bolten field st is TOP NOTCH. Neil and Liza were a delight to interact with. And not only did the repair happen in the given time frame, but I left the car with what appeared to be a targeted bird crap attack and the detail work/car wash that Caliber did was completely unexpected and gorgeous. “I could not be happier with the help I received! My right side mirror was taken off and dangling and the back cover removed completely while on my way to class. I knew it most likely didn’t need fully replaced, but I also knew I didn’t want to mess with it myself and possibly break anything further. I had called and asked if they would be able to help me an hour before they closed because of my class and didn’t want to have to drive in the dark without a side mirror. Tom, the owner, had given it a look and after 15 minutes had gotten everything fixed up for me. Where other shops i’ve been too would have given me the run around simply because i’m a young girl, overcharged me or had been condescending to me, I was met with the upmost respect from Tom. When I asked how much I owed him, he said how he had said he would help me and that’s what he did! No charge. I was overwhelmed by the genuine kindness. I recommend anyone visit this upstanding business!”
