Canceled my rental less than an hour before it was scheduled to be picked up. I had reserved this WEEKS in advance due to only having one day to get moving done. Get more trucks, or don’t allow people to make reservations. Worst customer service experience ever.

Giving two stars (for now) because they at least called me the day before to tell me my truck should be ready 4hrs after I reserved it for. Going on 7hrs and still no truck... Getting pretty close to the line where because of other reservations I've made to move from Ohio to Massachusetts, this delay will cost more than the truck rental itself. If they sell insurance for not having your vehicle when you reserve it, I would encourage you take the option.

Wish I could leave no stars. Will absolutely never ever use budget again. No wonder the price is lower than the others. Because you won't get what you need. Made our reservation online for our moving truck WITH a car tow dolly. (Online there was no issues including the dolly) They had our truck and pretty much said good luck finding a dolly, no one informed us that there wasn't a dolly pretty much anywhere in Columbus. I've called all around the area and there's NONE. No one can give you answers that you call. Most frustrating situation when you are moving 18 hrs away and need to tow one of your vehicles.

I wish I could give 0 stars, the entire company is terrible! I made my reservation online early in the day for a different day. I verified it was in place that evening when I got off of work and I went through 7 people til I finally got somebody who could find my reservation and finally told me we were good to go, whew but great right? Wrong, the day of I call this location to let them know I am on my way and will be there on time and not only was the girl on the phone confused as to who the hell I was she told me they have 1 truck on the lot that is already scheduled for somebody else before me at 8 am, well it was 8:25 am and i was en route to them and needed a truck to move furniture for a family in need which those places will deny you if you can't move the items yourself or don't show up on time but anyway back to the story.....sooooo if the truck that's on the lot now was scheduled for 8 am but we are at 8:25 am and I'm about 5 minutes away, I like to think that was my truck, there was no 8 am and she was giving it to somebody else who just walked in but, who knows, maybe I'm wrong. So I ask, "what can you guys do for me?" I was redirected to the customer service dept that took me through another few people before I could get to anybody who can even find me a truck available and that person needed to take my info down to give to the person who has access to all this top secret information and they would get back to me within 2 hours, maybe less, really, you cant just call the stores in the general area and ask them while i'm on hold if they have any trucks available nor do you have access to the inventory at your locations to just check them on a computer system? Wow, I was even willing to take a different size truck if its close in size or huge as long as you charge me the same price for your screw up, I mean I'm not asking for anything free just give me what you promised or close to it and this review would've been so much different. anyway while I'm listening to a person who sounds programmed to say the lines she was giving me I came up with a great solution that If they quit rambling and let me off the phone I can do it myself so I simply hung up and to hell with calling around I went to Uhaul instead, the one on East Main St in Whitehall to be exact and I am very pleased with everything they did but i'll cover that in another review on their page. I walked out with a truck in about 10 minutes and made it to the furniture place on time at 9am luckily but no thanks to this unorganized company. They need to be under new supervision and ran correctly because whoever is writing the company policy and enforcing the way things are done is a bird brained idiot! I'll be glad to take over the CEO position and enforce a more efficient way of running the company and especially put customer service as the top priority. This is unacceptable and if you read my reviews 100% have always been positive until now, only this one.
