No wonder you guys have such a low rating on Google you have absolutely horrible customer service all the way around when you go inside or through the drive-thru your staff has no sense of urgency the shop is a mess it's a shame that the company or the franchise owner does not care about his business enough to put the proper staff in there I would literally go out of my way and spend more money vent to deal with the horrible service at this establishment

I stood inside 5 minutes and no one took my order. I saw people in the back talking and singing. One employee walked around and saw people in line waiting to order and did not do anything.

Went thru drive thru. Told to wait. 10 mins later kept getting order wrong with attitudeGot my food missing fries. Told employee and he had a attitude. Finally got fries and he practically threw them at me. Wrong size and had Way to much salt. If there was a zero rate I would have gave them that. Ate it and oI got sicker then a dog for over an hour.

Most of the time I get the nice drive thru cashier. But this time I got a rude one and they didn’t come close to matching the customization on my mobile order. With would be a minor mistake but I payed for added toppings so they stole my money essentially, and Burger King just happens to have the worst refund system ever so, if you don’t change anything then it’s fine but if you do they won’t do it.

Possibly the worst run food joint in Ohio. I pulled into the drive-thru, and was asked to wait.. i did.. for 9 minutes. The guy at the other end took my order after more or less demanding i repeat my order a couple times.. i was told the fries weren't ready and to pull around to the front. I sat there for 6 or 7 minutes until some dude came out, opened the bags of food, shoved his hand fully in the bag t see what was in there, and then asked if my order was a whopper with fries.. thanks for the hands on experience.
