Terrible service, not even worth one star. Shame our insurance has them as the preferred pharmacy. Avoid if you can.

I would highly recommend going anywhere else but here. The pharmacist is literally the worst I have ever dealt with. This pharmacy refused to listen to their voice message service which included an order from my doctor to refill a very important prescription that I simply cannot be without. Upon learning that I cannot be without this medicine they proceeded to tell me that I was simply gonna have to wait until tomorrow to listen to their messages from doctors for that day. I count on my pharmace. And if you do too. Please leave this place and go somewhere else. I have been using cvs for years. This is absolutely unacceptable . So thank you cvs for letting me suffer because your pharmacist was \\\"to busy\\\"

Prescription was paid for on April 12th and we were promised delivery via Shipt on the 14th. CVS alleged that the driver attempted to deliver medications on the 14th but that there was no answer. This is patently false, as three adults were at the house all day on the 14th. No representative from shipt knocked on our door that day. We received no notification that the Prescription was en route, which is unusual when compared to previous deliveries. We contacted the pharmacy on the 16th to inquire about our order, and after a half hour of hold music, we were told that the driver returned our order after the alleged attempt to deliver. We were subsequently informed that the shipment was currently at the United States Postal Service, and another promise was made, that the prescriptions would arrive on the 17th. Keep in mind that the prescriptions never, in fact, left CVS. No prescription arrived. Therefore, we contacted CVS again on the evening of the 17th. After being on hold for 80 minutes we were informed that the prescription was at the pharmacy. At this point we offered to pick up the prescriptions ourselves. During that call, they confirmed that everything had been paid for. However, upon arriving at the pharmacy I was informed that we owed $47.00 because the medications had been returned to CVS. Reluctantly, and after protest, I paid the additional charge. We've been customers of this location for seven years, and customers of CvS for nearly five decades. This ridiculous transaction makes us conclude that we should suspend any future dealings with this particular CVS. Edit: We have since spoken to a representative from Shipt, who have informed us that no driver was ever dispatched to CVS surrounding this incident. They have no record of any delivery request from CVS. While this explains why CVS employees have offered conflicting explanations regarding our prescriptions, it far from explains why CVS would lie in the first place. I cannot comprehend why we had to pay a return fee based on a fabricated story. We contacted CVS and an employee informed us that their manager would call us back. That was nine hours ago. I cannot with clear conscience recommend their services to anyone, especially individuals that depend on their services for their health and well-being. We intend to dispute these erroneous charges and are considering litigation as a matter of principle. In concert with these intentions we're contacting the OAG, BBB, and a local media outlet.

After picking up my prescription tomorrow I will begin using a different pharmacy. Prescription sent in before 5, according to pharmacy they hadn't received it when I was there at 5:30 was told to church again in an hour. Tried calling, sat on hold for 40 minutes. Answered just s as I was pulling into the parking lot about 7:15. At first I was told they still hadn't received the prescription, and then they \\\"found it.\\\" Will not be ready until 10 am. Dr. insisted I take the first dose by 6 pm and second dose in 12 hours. That's being delayed until I can get my meds. Very poor customer service.

If I could leave less than a one I would. This pharmacy does not answer their phones so I have to go there to deal with a rude attendant. They do not honor cards such as Good Rx and are frequently out of my regularly prescribed prescriptions. My physician and another pharmacist have expressed difficulty in reaching this CVS also. I am transferring all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I'm a retired RN and my husband is a physician and we know that when you own a business you are only in business because of your customers and they should be treated with kindness and respect which this pharmacy is lacking.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. The pharmacy short staffed has been for months and months long lines at the drive-through. Took three days for me to get antibiotics.

This particular location is always extremely slow! My pickup order was supposed to be ready 45 minutes ago.

If time is a factor, have your script sent elsewhere. The minimal staff they do have is friendly, but doesn't make up for closed drive-thrus and extensive wait times for meds that are "Ready for Pick-Up." If people are the problem, may be time to look at their processes.

I am very disappointed with the pharmacy service at this CVS. They loose my paper prescriptions & when my doctor calls it in, they say they didn't receive the call. I have tried since August 30 to get my prescription refill. My doctor's office has called it in 3 times! They clearly needs better written processes. I'm sure other customers have had this problem. I called this in to the corporate customer support, incident # 7094720.

I have been sitting in the Rx line for almost an hour. 3 cars ahead of me. This is ridiculous!!! I'm sure inside would be no quicker. Plus it's raining cats and dogs and I have a small child with me. Never again. This is just unacceptable.

Your store manager. He said his name was Richie and he would not write his name down for me because I wanted to report him on the way he treated me. I had a coupon for 30% and wanted to make sure I would get my discount since some of the items stated they were on sale starting the 15th of September and it was mid afternoon September 14,. I didn’t’ care for his sarcastic answer. He said they were on sale the week before so he couldn’t change them. How is a customer supposed to

I am going to update my review to 3.5 stars. Veronica is a gem, pleasantly checking people out and calling for extra help if the line gets to be more than three people. Decent sales and if you are a "care" member you may get even better prices. They still may not always have what I want. And I still don't like having to buy multiple items to get the sale price. I also wish the special cvs coupons could be used on sale items. Even so while I was beginning to head to the competition, CVS has won me back. And sometimes the parent company will email you a survey for whatever CVS store you have used and the manager will actually acknowledge what you have identified as pluses and minuses.
