Can't keep up in the pharmacy, so they close the drop off windows during open hours. As much as we the consumer, pay for our insurance and medications, after all it certainly isn't free health care, it is unacceptable that we aren't able to even receive service during normal operating hours.

Rushed to CVS before closing to get my daughter some medicine. Called and confirmed it closed at 10 before getting off work. I pulled up at 9:55am trying to rush in and there was an associate, young man with wild hair, was at the door. As I got out of the car he rolled his eyes and closed the open door and walked away. I continued towards the door with no idea that he locked it in my face. I am so confused and frustrated. I get they want to go home which is why I made sure I arrived before closing time. What a shame. He should be fired.

I’m pretty sure they open the store as they see fit. Store hours are 8am and it’s 8:30, doors are locked.

Don't even deserve the 1 star. The store in closed randomly throughout the day. Today is one such day currently in the drive thru to pick up medicine and have been waiting for over an hour. Cars wrapped around the building.

Every time I come to the pharmacy at this location the cars are always wrapped around the building. And when it's not they are EXTREMELY SLOW!!! The longest I've waited in line was 30 mins!! And to make matters worst the pharmacist(s) has no sense of urgency. THE WORSE!!!!

3/7/24 PM Update: They don’t even deserve a star. So my daughter went to check this morning when they opened on my post-op meds and they said they’d get it ready.
My doctors office called to check on me and called the pharmacist to get my prescriptions processed because I just had SURGERY, then called me back to say they would be ready in an hour. They were not. The doctors office called the pharmacist again and was told it was ready and we could come get it.
My son immediately went to get it and they told him they were on break and he has to wait.
It’s very clear to me that the pharmacist at this location is in the wrong line of work. After having surgery and being made to wait for my antibiotics, aspirin to clotting and pain meds is absolutely ridiculous! Not to mention such reckless behavior putting patients health at risk. I’m definitely having my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy.
3/7/24 Update: I had Surgery 3/6/24 and my post operative meds were sent to this CVS. Please tell me why I still don’t have the pain medication (7 day supply) that is desperately needed and I can’t get an update on it. I can’t drive right now so I have to send family to pick up partial orders. This is more than ridiculous.
1st post: Horrible service.

This pharmacy staff and pharmacist are amazing. They are the hardest working people I know. They are always busy but stay positive and give each guest 100% attention. Millie is the best pharmacist. They are always upbeat and ready to help with answers etc. I recommend this CVS to all.

why have a phone number if no one answers it. I have a question about my prescription and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Called twice and listened to their automated service for 15 minutes each time before hanging up. I would guess if they answered the phone most questions could be answered in a minute or two at the most. No I don't want to join your app. answer the phone!

I will be changing to a different pharmacy once my refills expire. Simple the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my life. Only use this location if you have no other choice.

This is a horrible place to go. I am put of choices so here I am stuck with horrible people. The manager Millie in the pharmacy hung up on me after yelling at me. All I was trying to do was explain what happened with my insulin. I am out and type one. I have been trying to change my prescriptions from kroger to cvs and this happens. I would stay far away from this store.

Pharmacy is supposed to open at 9am. It’s nearly 9:20 and the pharmacist is still not here. After spending the night with a vomiting 5 year old and a morning at an urgent care, getting his medication should not be the toughest part of my morning.

I ONLY switched our meds here because CVS pick.cut bk there hours! One Day I called ALL DAY!!( Not kidding) NO 1 answered the phone & I couldn't get any updates thru there system!! It took almost 8 hrs for them to fill an RX?When I went to pk up; I told the pharmacist why isn't anyone picking up the phone?I called all day & even waited on hold 25 mins?I understand being short staffed! But,then I come in & 2 young girls are just laughing & cutten up? Like they were at School! But I guess this is the New Work; environment!( NO 1) CARES anymore! SMH
