This CVS Pharmacy inside Target at 8100 E Broad. Is operating the Pharmacy operated in the 90s and early 2000s. This is the only one with old fashioned customer services. Only been going to this store since January 2024 and all the Pharmacists acknowledge me by name, in line or at the counter and ask me how im doing. Kinda like sam the butcher in the brady bunch. Rare

I would like to just thank the pharmacy staff for being so kind and calling me when a prescription was not picked up after I had surgery. Another cvs was horrible but this one? I will be transferring my prescriptions to this cvs from the other location just simply by the way I was treated.

Worst pharmacy ever! They were supposed to order my novolog a week ago and here I am a week later with no insulin cause they didn't order it when I asked them to! Just was on hold for over 30mins trying to get through and they refused to answer their phone. Now they are closed and I am going to run out of insulin. I am a type 1 diabetic. This is not the 1st time they have not had a medication in stock or have ordered something and taked for ever to get it in stock.

Normally, there isn't too much of an issue, and we've had multiple subscriptions done here. Unfortunately, the latest will leave an extremely sour taste.My son needs medicine, which is controlled. We don't get much of a window for refills, but have been told it's only 24-48 hrs to get filled. We requested a refill on Thursday. Came in Sunday to pick up, but it wasn't ready. They said they didn't get the shipment in over the weekend, but it should be done the next day. They wouldn't provide any other information on the matter. I come in the next day to be told it's been on backorder because they're having trouble getting it in this specific location. Both days, they were completely uncaring of the situation.If it's on backorder, tell me the first time, so I'm not wasting trips and we can get it worked out some other ways. Now, because they can't run the pharmacy properly, I'm forced to scramble around to do what I can so my son has medicine tomorrow since he's now out.

This pharmacy was insanely rude to me and my partner turning us away because the pharmacist had "to help her customers first before they close" like we aren't customers? I will never go here again and my family is moving their business somewhere else because of this.

My mom has sworn by this pharmacy for a while, its location is about as convenient as can be, and I’m at Target a lot. so I figured I’d try their CVS out. I’ve only had one issue with one script from an out of state doctor that was called in after hours… I showed up under the impression my script was filled only to discover it wasn’t and they were unsure of it and hadn’t done anything to clear it up. I didn’t feel good and was rightfully upset when I got there. They did end up taking care of it within 30-45 mins. I decided to give it another try and haven’t had an issue since. The fact that they didn’t reach out to try to resolve the issue is reason for 3 stars. lol

I have been using this pharmacy for years. Staff is always friendly. They are honest with their time guesstimates for filling scripts if you are waiting for them. Recommend them often.
