This Dollar Tree is a very busy store that constantly cranks out merchandise, though boxes sometimes pile up in the aisles, making it hard to get around. Many customers find it the best Dollar Tree in Ohio, shopping there for years for groceries and other items, often finding everything in stock. The staff are generally described as very friendly, kind, helpful, and down to earth, with specific mention of awesome managers and nice, helpful cashiers. However, some note long checkout waits with only one cashier and express frustration that the store frequently closes early, before its stated 9 PM hours. Great location. The store is large. They have seasonal section up front. There is an aisle for the $5 above items. The store was clean and mostly well stocked. The staff was polite. The craft section is pretty good.

I rhink.for the most part this place is always stocked and clean. They seem short staffed often because most of the time, the lines are forever long and the employees dont seem very happy.

Clean and well organized store with a good selection. Management handled an angry and yelling customer much better than I probably could have- kudos to them for dealing with the situation and preventing it from escalating further.
