I must share with everyone the manager, Rhonda, at the Taylor Rd Reynoldsburg self storage has been absolutely amazing! My travel trailer was broken into at another storage location and she had an indoor unit available. After working with the other location, waiting on the police, running to Lowe’s trying to buy material to board up the window, Rhonda did everything in her power to get me reserved and in today. She actually came back to the new location and got me setup way after hours. I told her I would love to do something nice for her since she went over and above. She wouldn’t accept anything but a thank you & a good review. I needed to move my trailer before the burglars came back. They weren’t smart enough to figure out how the stairs disengage for entry. That saved us because it didn’t look like they were able to gain entry to damage and steal anything. I will take inventory tomorrow. Thank you Rhonda for your commitment to get me a safe indoor unit at your location!

Move in price was fair for a 10'x15' climate control unit only to find out later that the temperature was never controlled consistently because it was basically a converted garage storage building with many exterior garage doors that didn't hold temperature consistently. Every 3 months increased rent approximately 20% . Plus security gate was always broken and left open 24/7 Moved out after 1 year. Now under new management

Rhonda at cube storage on the corner of Taylor and Broad in Reynoldsburg was amazing. She answered my questions over and over until I understood the process. I appreciate her. Rhonda is amazing and very patient. I would recommend Cube Storage on Taylor and Broad to everyone. Thank you Rhonda you don’t know how much I appreciate you.

Genuinely displeased. Trying to move into our new place and stopped in to pick up ME and MY wifes personal possessions in the storage unit that WE pay for. Not only does the gate code they provided us NOT work but the workers won't allow access or lift the gate so I could get our items in storage. Apparently the worker couldn't understand why this would be frustrating or add unnecessary stress to an already busy and stressful day. Thanks for taking my money and not doing anything to help. Definitely not getting anymore of our time or money

Rhonda is great, but overall, I don't feel i got what I paid for. The gate is broken 90% of the time which defeats the idea that it is a secured storage facility. Rent is way too high.

The facility is supposed to be a secured facility but the security gate has been broken for over a year with tons of promiseses that it is being addressed, yet the facility is still increasing our fees . I have 3 trailers that are extremely popular for thieves somthing needs to be done don't rent here.
