“Been coming to CFR for years now. Love the people and the atmosphere. Everyone is always so encouraging and uplifting. Great equipment and awesome coaches. Coaches are always helpful when a movement sub is needed or when you have questions about form or whatever! Family environment = huge! Kids are welcomed from all ages, everyone pitches in if a bean gets upset or needs help and parents are working out. CFR is the bomb. Great people, great wods, great experiences. Never leaving!”

“Yesterday I was privileged to be in your gym to watch my grandson during a meet, my first one ever. Must tell you that the entire afternoon was delightful! I had no issues moving about your facility and I am certain that if I had someone would have without question come to my aid.I am impressed by the atmosphere there: pride in achievements; support for those failing to meet their expectations; total absence of negativity; joy in lifting; and, the intense focus of spotters who demonstrated immense dedication to safety.If I lived nearby, I would for sure enjoy a membership at your gym.I appreciate your help in planning my trip. “My family and I go pretty regularly to this location. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It's always clean. And most of the time, the equipment is in good repair. My one issue, and this seems to be pretty consistent, is that there's no holding to the 30-minute cycle area. Almost every time, I have to work around people who are sitting on the equipment and staring at their phones. All in all though, it's been a great experience.”

“I liked it how people was friendly the YMCA is very clean people at the front desk was very helpful when you asked questions and it is a bigger YMCA than the other one I was going to I will return I had a good experience in there it's a nice place to go and work out and relax”

“It's a lovely place and they offer fitness programs and aquatics for non-refidence for an affordable price available afternoons. I did the chair Zumba with Cindy my first time loved it she was great I'll be back!”
