I've had consistently excellent experiences at this Huntington Bank location. Despite being a large bank, they offer a personalized touch that rivals the service of smaller, private banks. After relocating and no longer having access to a private bank my family uses, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care and attention I received here.Over the past 18 months, the staff at this branch has been incredibly supportive, especially during the challenging process of navigating a difficult divorce (they didn’t even know). Despite the complexities involved, they went above and beyond to assist me with retrieving old statements and providing valuable advice. Their unwavering assistance during such vulnerable times left a lasting impression on me. I'm deeply grateful for their compassion and dedication, especially when others seemed too preoccupied to lend a helping hand. Thank you for making a difference in my life.

Tellers are friendly and seem to be helpful. I had an appointment with grace to try to fix a problem with one of my accounts. After spending about 1 hour ,I was told to come back in 30 days and she would try to resolve the issue. I went to another branch and an experienced teller had my problem resolved in 5 minutes. I think I will avoid this branch in the future.

Wanted to inquire about a debt consolidation loan and I called three times to inquire and/or setup appt. Finally got a return call back after leaving 3 voicemails. Jeff scheduled me an appt for Saturday, May 8th. He told me he would reach out to me that Monday before noon. I know banks can take some time, so I waited and heard nothing by day's end. (Apparently he was out ill.) I called Tuesday when I still hadn't heard anything by noon....he had just gotten into the office and they would send him my message to call me back. Nothing....crickets. Tried again on Wednesday afternoon after 1pm....and female states he was on phone with another client, trying to catch up for being off Monday and coming in late Tuesday, etc etc. All I wanted was a status update on my loan application. Today is Friday and Jeff still hasn't called me back!!! I can have some understanding and patience, but when you have a customer and you tell that customer one thing and then don't communicate AT ALL.....makes me want to pull my accounts! If you are busy, have too many customers to call back.... have a co- worker call and explain so the customer doesn't feel as though they don't matter and their not a valuable customer...AND CALL THEM BACK REGARDLESS OF THEIR LOAN STATUS!!!!!! They may have questions or would like other advice/direction!!! AWFUL SERVICE IN MY OPINION AND I WONT BE CONTACTING JEFF ANYTIME SOON FOR AN UPDATE!

I usually have a great experience no problems here today it was horrible.. I stood in line 20 minutes just for the man to not pay attention to me walking away and not even listening to what I needed.. I needed change for my store.. told him twice what I needed and still didn't listen. I got frustrated and left. You need a senior manager in there to make sure customers wanna come back and disgusted at the service I had today.. I'll be making sure I'll go to my home bank at chase for now on

Horrible customer service. I had an appointment to meet with banker proceeded to wait 20+ minutes in seating area. Only to be told after I went to teller that the banker is busy. Good thing I went back for the appointment. ??

Waited over 2 hours for a banker to assist. Save your time and go somewhere where they are more oriented to custumer service.

Horrible service. I waited 15 minutes just to deposit a check. The only person that spoke to me was the person leaving. I was ignored by everyone else. They had no teller in the front of the lobby. If you're not going to service people in the lobby then close your lobby. I wasted my lunch break just to do a simple transaction and I couldn't even get it done. Avoid this place like the plague.

I have dealt with Huntington for over 25 years in Cincinnati. They have always been courteous, helpful, and quick to service me. I do have a problem with the ATM drive through on Broad Street. I went there a couple of times and the card entry was jammed. I could not enter my card to deposit a check. On Saturday, I tried and could not get it to work. During the time of trying, a cream colored car with 2 men pulled up to my back bumper.
