Standing in line forever!!! Long lines. I saw an elderly lady with a cane just standing. Gotta open registers a bit faster. Read your room. Joann stop asking the common people spending money in your store to Round up. Stores need to stop begging people for money. I choose where I want to give back.

This place needs some major help with there bathrooms. I took my daughter in and walked right back out. It reminded me of a dive bar bathroom. Trash everywhere, soap dispensers fallen of the walls. I'm surprised there wasn't an empty beer bottle sitting in one of the stalls. The staff member who checked us out also seemed to be having a bad day and looked like she's been crying or sick. Definitely not what I was expecting.

Exemplary Customer Service from MARK at the register! I’m not a crafter so I have no idea what I’m doing ?. Mark was patient and kind answering my questions about my purchases. Lost art anymore nowadays! Truly appreciated! ❤️

Store was very clean and organized. It made it easier to find what I was searching for. The selection was better than I could imagine. I usually shop online. I'm glad I decided to go into the store. The staff were very helpful and polite. Made my shopping experience more enjoyable.

It's a great place for fabric, soap making supplies, and mason jars apparently I rated 4 stars because they didn't have what I needed but other then that its a pretty good place.

I can't believe it! The person that helped me with the problem was fantastic! I can't say enough how helpful she was. I had a stroke but she was very helpful! Thank you.

These are the rudest people I've ever experienced. First they over charged me and I didn't see it until I got home.(This was the third time this happened). Then they sent me all over the store looking for someone to adjust it. After waiting forever a manager finally came and fixed it with no apology what so ever. My friends have stopped shopping there because of their rudeness and constant over charges.

They're all as helpful as they can be, but currently super understaffed. If you need spray paint, a boutineer, a blanket, costume fabric, or even a personalized box to create a unique gift; this place has so much potential. If you are not in a hurry and know what you need, this place is a great craft store! In 1943, German immigrants Hilda and Berthold Reich, Sigmund and Mathilda Rohrbach, and Justin and Alma Zimmerman opened the Fabric Shop in Cleveland, Ohio. After further expansion, in 1963, the name was changed to Jo-Ann Fabrics. It's well known for helping you find exactly what you want to create, and even cut the fabric to your specifications for your projects. It's worth a little time if you just need some inspiration.

The store is big in itself but the actual quality and quantity of items in the store were severely lacking having a lot of duplicates of certain products or most products in fact it tended to not have a wide variety of options compared to other Joanne fabrics that I have been to.

Love this store. It's full of fun crafts, and diy projects. Also home decor and seasonal items. And so much more.
