I saw Shannon for a haircut. She definitely understood what I was looking for based off reference photos and my own personal look and was very talkative and friendly through the whole cut, I loved talking with her and I am soso happy with how my cut came out. She super helped me be confident with a different look since it was a lot shorter than I’m used to and I will for sure be going back to her !

Great professional place for your hair and the staff are all INSANELY polite! My stylist is Moriah and I HIGHLY recommend her! She knows exactly what she’s doing every time and never gets offended if you ask for corrections or concerns on things, Always turns out great!!!

I had gone to Kenneth's academy and they did an ok job but I needed a little more cleanup on the cut, it was not.laying correctly and if you have curly hair you understand what I mean. It was shorter than I had wanted but Lillian cleaned it up, added color to go with my highlights and it looks and feels much better. I loved her suggestions and will be seeing her again in 6 weeks.

After moving back to Ohio I needed to find a stylist. After google searches and research I chose Erica at Kenneth's. She made me feel welcome from the first visit which meant a lot to me since I have a good sized scar on my head and being a certain age my hair is thinning. I am a little self conscious about these things so her friendliness and warmth were appreciated.
She asked questions to get to know my hair routine and what I liked or disliked in a hair style. Both cuts have been great. My natural curl is more defined and the products she recommended have helped my hair health.

Wow. First, I was hoping to get in same day for a service, which I know can be difficult at many places. When I called, the call center receptionist was incredibly kind and so helpful. She was able to get me in within an hour for a wash and style. Since I had some time to wait, I asked if they had any openings for a wax. The esthetician, Neelam, was booked all day (after meeting her it’s no shock why)- but she still fit me in before my hair appointment. The wax was painless, she was highly skilled, attentive and so friendly! I normally go to European Wax Center but never again- I love that she’s been there for 20 years and I know I’ll receive the same top notch treatment when I return in a few weeks. Then I met Nikki- she is so fun, and does an amazing wash! She styled my hair beautifully and has so much knowledge. I was pampered today. As a walk-in last minute client. That’s almost unheard of. Not once did they make me feel rushed, uncomfortable, or self conscious. I am beyond impressed with the quality of staff (including Tammy at check-in). I even left purchasing products I loved and had no intention on buying. I can’t tell you just how highly I recommend this salon after this experience. I’ve definitely found my spot!

Got acrylics done. Looked great. A week after getting them done though they started peeling near the top of the nail. Never had that happen before.
Pedicure was as expected.
Got a hair treatment. It was okay. I expected a lot more for the price.

I went to Kenneth’s after doing my own hair for so long because I am scared to trust anyone, I saw Makayla and she is the sweetest girl and she did an amazing job and I have now selected her as my stylist and will not be doing it myself anymore, I will be honest about my experience, the front desk can use more people skills and maybe a nicer attitude but I will continue to go for my stylist! Makayla deserves a 5 but I gave a 4 because of the other people
