My daughter was there for just 2 weeks, each time i pickup her up she would cry and tell me someone slapped her in class, this happened 2 times, the 3rd time it happened again i was so upset and caused a scene and the supervisor did nothing about it and told me they will investigate but nothing was ever done. The one that made me cry was when they send pics of everyone in class playing, my 3 year old daughter was not there, later on when i went to pick her up, she told me they left her in a dark room ðŸ˜ðŸ˜. I ask Mrs Matthew and she told me she is never left alone, but kids don’t lie and they said maybe she was taking a nap, when i asked where she was when the class pic was taken no one gave me answers. She felt sick and didn’t go to school for two weeks, she had so many side effects from the medications she was taken. so i called the school and told them, they told me i could bring her back after she was okay. When i called that she was coming back they told me i had to pay the balance for the two weeks she wasn’t in school before they could take her back, I was private pay. I immediately enrolled her in another school. Don’t send your kids there, they don’t really care about your kids
Very unprofessional, no discipline, no intergrity
Before i forget, my daughter was always hungry each time i pick her up, but they will send you a list of food items she had eaten, mind you my daughter doesn’t really eating much. Hope this help someone

I chose this place as a last resort as I was starting a new job first thing was putting me as private pay instead of tile xx and charging my card without telling me mind u my daughter didn’t even start yet we fixed it…strike 2 was them taking her to another facility without telling me how bussing is for the school age so I waited for a whole hour for my daughter to arrive after two busses dropped off kids but my daughter was on the 3rd one and I threaten them with the police if she wasn’t on the bus…someone called me cause I “made a scene “ like be for real you lost a kid and didn’t communicate how bussing would be when I enrolled her and now last week when she got picked up when I told the daycare and her school that she will not be on the bus that week they still picked her up didn’t once again communicate with the bus driver that she shouldn’t be on the bus and the person picking her up had to drive for almost a hour in rush hour to tussings location to get her I pulled her out that day and now they have the nerve to try to charge my card without telling when I paid upfront my copay……don’t send your kids here there is to many other daycares that provide bussing for kids they don’t care they just want money I hope they shut all locations down this is unacceptable

Think twice about sending your kids here!!! Management and teachers are very unprofessional and would rather sweep issues under the rug than fix them. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR KIDS AND YOUR KIDS ARE NOT LEARNING HERE!!

My son went here years ago and when I needed daycare again I knew where to send my kids. The staff is awesome. The kids enjoy their time there. I couldn’t ask for more.

Mrs.J is amazing she is so helpful and understanding of children and their needs. She has gone out her way to accommodate and make my child feel comfortably. Thank you making this a great experience for our family

I really love this daycare center! I’ve been having issues with my son’s behavior (his 3) and they’ve helped me out so much . From his teacher to the administrators. I’d give this place more stars if I could . I really appreciate them!

Horrible Experience - Neglect and Unprofessionalism at Reynoldsburg Kiddie AcademyI am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Kiddie Academy. My child was hurt at this facility, and the staff's response was nothing short of appalling. Their communication absolutely suck.During a recent incident, my child was bitten by another child. When I approached the staff about this, they seemed indifferent and dismissive, pretending to care but clearly showing no real concern for my child's well-being. The most shocking part was the director's reaction. She had the audacity to say, "Your child is not the only one that got bitten. On the same day, this child bit more than three other children." Instead of showing any remorse or taking responsibility, the director seemed almost proud of this fact because I only got call from director because I reported this incident to county children service. When I went to pick up my kids, the random staff was like "here is the incident report that your child was bite by another children" and that's all they said initially.This raises serious questions about the level of supervision and care provided at this facility. How can a single child bite more than three children in one day under the watch of four staff members overseeing just twelve kids? This is a glaring example of neglect and unprofessionalism.It is clear that the staff at Reynoldsburg Kiddie Academy are not adequately trained or equipped to handle the children in their care. The safety and well-being of the children should be the top priority, but it seems to be the last thing on their minds.I strongly advise any parent considering Kiddie Academy to think twice before enrolling their child here. The lack of concern and responsibility exhibited by the staff and director is unacceptable, and I fear for the safety of any child left in their care.Please, for the sake of your child's safety and well-being, avoid Kiddie Academy at all costs.

Two of my children attend kiddie academy on e main Street. My kids LOVE their teachers,and have gained so much socially and educationally especially for my toddler.

Staff are very attentive and communicative. Any concerns I’ve had were addressed immediately and the center is spotless. My daughter loves it here!

It’s the worst team ever , they never followed up , it’s been 3 weeks since I enrolled my child and was told that someone will folio up with me …no respect , no communication, no commitment, no value imagine they treat a future clients this way imagine way they will will treat your child

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KIDS HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM!!! My close friend left her son here and he broke his arm jumping around. They did not even ATTEMPT to get an ambulance for him or any type of medical care. His arm was broken like the letter Z im not exaggerating. This place needs to be shut down and can be expecting a law suit soon.

I don’t usually leave reviews but do not bring your children to this daycare my son was seriously injured arm broken in 2 spot and bleeding and they didn’t have the courtesy to call 911 smh needless to say my children will not be returning
