They lost a $1500 sale today because of Gary covering the fencing outdoor area today. Not too knowledgeable on vinyl fencing and we mentioned that one item was clearance. He checked it and said "nope, went back up." I said that they should give us the price since it is there. He reached up, said "Nope, you have to pay the regular price" and proceeded to rip the clearance sticker off and says "see this, Savage". Then just walked way. Waited 15 min for a manager and left my number and info. The girl at the counter said there were 3 managers and must all be on lunch break. Really? At the same time? No one has called back at all. Extremely unprofessional all the way around. Went to Menards and purchased virtually the same thing for the same price.

Beyond pleased with the service I received while here. The staff was constantly offering to help find things, point me in the right direction and help me. I even got some helpful insight on a project I was building. Will definitely be back. Thanks so much for being awesome!

This lowes has to be the worst ran one ive seen. Managers and employees are rude and incompetent. Needed to exchange a ceiling fan we bought, when we opened the box it was a completely different but new fan. They refused the return. Customer Service isn't a priority at this lowes. Menards here we come

I would give a zero if i could the workers are so rude he i went to the polaris lowes a couple days ago and got 100 bricks lava rock and sand to make a fire pit and they were so kind came here because i needed more sand and 100 more bricks and they were so rude and lazy cashier was not even wanting to sell them and the works took there time to bring them im 30 minutes waiting and still nothing never again will i come to this lowes

They had the products I needed in stock. I was told my order wouldn't be ready for 2 hours, but 20 minutes after I ordered, everything was ready to pick up.
When I arrived, I only had to wait about 10 minutes, maybe less and they were at my truck ready to load.
The lady who brought my order out was very friendly and had my truck loaded and ready to go in 5 minutes.
I had a great experience and I definitely recommend this Lowes.

Order pickup is awful at this store. They take forever to come help you then take another million years to find your item. Just go shop for it yourself and save your time and self from dealing with rude employees.
Gloria was the staff members name. So rude.

I like this Lowes. It is the main home improvement store that I go to. The only thing I do not like about this place, is that instead of letting me show my veterans ID to get a discount, they want me to sign up for it on their website. The fact that they make you jump through hoops to do it, just tells me that they don't want to actually give the discount to veterans. Yesterday they told me they were going to give me the discount anyway. And they scanned some barcode, and it was never applied. Then the lady on the other register started making comments about military spouses or something to the affect of showing my "credentials".. Some people are just flat out rude to vets.

Some guy named frank took an item I was trying to buy and immediately lied right to my face saying it was recalled. It only takes 2 seconds to check recalls, the ego chainsaw that was on clearance 2 years ago (I literally tried to find one 2 years ago) was DEFINITELY not recalled. He said it was marked 02 so he can't sell it, what he failed to say is that $.02 is a price, he instead told me it was a recall code.

I used my veteran discount and bought a toro mower for about 300 dollars. I ended up having to be hospitalized due to a service connected disability and didn’t use the mower until then.
I noticed it stops working every few feet AND they gave us the wrong size bag that doesn’t even go to it. I take it back and it’s just a couple days past 30 days and they would not do an override for me because they didn’t want to take the hit on their KPIs. They said it’s a manufacturer issue, not theirs. Way to go treating your veterans like this.
This is ridiculous and I will never EVER shop at Lowe’s again. They have lost a customer for life.

I have been doing quite a bit of home improvements the past 2 to 3 months. I have compared the lowes military discount to the menards 11% discount and Lowes beats it hands down. Plus its an immediate savings, not a instore credit. There are a few things that are cheaper at Menards so always check but if you are avtive military or a vet its worth having the military discount. Personally I hate to shop anyplace that doesn't offer a military discount.
