Knowledgeable in their respective departments, I'm never left confused or unsure of a purchase, wondering if I was given correct information. I leave with confidence that I will accomplish my task with their help.

Last three visits (only visits) to Reynoldsburg location, not one associate offered to help me. Example; I was trying to load a vanity on a cart, three associates stood only 15 feet away and never offered to help. Recent visit I could not find a lumber cart, I asked an associate where they were, he said outside at the far end of the store. Why not bring some inside, especially when it was raining? If you need a shopping cart, better get it before you go in the store, can’t get back out of the doors to get a cart. Store is poorly managed! Manager has to get out of the office and walk the store!

The appliance delivery team and overall customer service experience was trash. I had ordered a fridge and gave the dimensions to the salesperson. I was assured that the fridge I ordered would fit easily into my 2nd floor apartment. When it came time to deliver the fridge, the delivery team (a 3rd party) said they aren't able to deliver items to the 2nd floor as "policy" and that it's not their policy to remove fridge doors to gain access into entryways (although this is commonly done). I returned the fridge and went with a competitor, who installed my fridge without complaint. Getting the refund on the returned fridge and especially on the 3 year warranty associated with the fridge was a huge hassle. I was redirected to the warehouse delivery number, the customer service number, the warranty number, etc all of whom deflected on who was responsible to properly refund my money. Would highly discourage shopping for appliances at Lowe's, especially at this location.

Bottom line, this business sucks!I personally witnessed a customer being sent from the service desk to the self serve register 3 times just to purchase a gallon of paint.While trying to return stepping stones and e bags of paving sand, with the receipts it took us more than 30 minutes and a complete run around because the associate that rang them up last weekend scanned the wrong barcode and charged us for the wrong stones causing the receipt to not match. Same price, only a different color.The CSR was rude and less than competent to to perform her job.Later while attempting to make additional purchases, forced to use self serve scanners because all normal registers were shut down, nearly every open register had issues where the attempts to scan items wouldn't work.9 registers and only 1 CSR to assist at all of these registers.I will probably continue to use this store, but only for convenience.Otherwise, I strongly recommend that if you don't absolutely need to use this particular location, go elsewhere.Best of Luck

Staff is nice and helpful as a rule. Some products are of inferior quality and delivery service is the worst I've ever experienced. Will never buy anything here I can't take with me

This is the worst store I've ever been to. I bought an item from the website and set it for pickup. Once I arrived they said they cancelled the order but did not let me know that the product I bought online that was in stock anymore and said " oh we don't have that anymore " Not one notice , Andrew didn't care one bit or try to make the situation better at all. I'll never buy another Lowe's product again! Home Depot is night and day better. Don't waste your time at this trash store

Good service , I searched for a hardware and found one. Went to the checkout and asked if this is right one to use for my issue at home with wooden kitchen cabinet. The lady over the checkout patiently told, this will easily pop out and recommended to find something else. She asked customer assistance at aisle 18 and sent a person to help out. They came and shared the right screw to fit in based on my issue I showed via phone picture and a screw sample. Happy shopping and good big layout of Christmas products put out early on September itself ?

Came in to buy Ego weed trimmer and hedge trimmer. Sat there for 20mins no help. Approached an employee in another section after not finding anyone in that section and they said they'd go find someone to unlock merchandise. 15 mins goes by and nothing. Had to leave after my 2 year old finally ran out of patience. Very aggravating.
