You live long enough you get to experience an example of the worst case scenario in customer service. Asst mgr Lamont should not be in a customer service area. He is lazy and could care less about the customer. My wife left a coat called the store and said she would pick it up. When she arrived he said he didn't have it and refused to ask anyone else who may have taken the call. Told her to leave. It gets worse...my wife called someone who works there and knew exactly who took the call (John the manager) and that her coat was secure. Wife shows up the next day to hear her coat had been shipped to salvage? A clear case of lying and covering up his mistake from the previous night by Lamont. Gave us $50 gift card figuring we are stupid enough to go back in this store. You can't make this stuff up!

I needed kids dress shoes for 3 kids they had nothing no mens suit jackets. They had nothing I needed. Burlington is my place they have what I need and less expensive.

They have a good selection of items. Something's can be high priced but they have nice name brand things for cheaper than retail.

Store is extremely unorganized, ladies restroom was absolutely disgusting I didn’t want to let my granddaughter sit on the toilet seat which had urine specks on it (luckily I had diaper wipes), cashier Jackie slammed my items across the counter as she was ringing me up I’ll stick to the Easton and Gahanna location from here on out.

I love the dresses at Marshall's! A lot of the longer dresses are too short for most, but perfect for me since I'm only 5'0"!The staff is always friendly, especially in the fitting room. Will be back!
