Do not go to the Matrress Firm on East Broad Street by Meijer!!We were not made aware of EITHER $99 return fees! That's right - there's multiple! One $99 fee to pick up/ship back and then an ADDITIONAL $99 for cleaning/disinfecting or restocking. Not sure what that's for exactly because we got two different stories from two different employees. Either way, $200 to return a mattress is ridiculous. ESPECIALLY when we specifically asked about returns when we purchased the mattress and were not told about the return fees. We can understand one return fee: they're doing the work - they're picking up, loading, unloading, restocking, whatever. But they're just making $200 off us and off something we're not. Even. KEEPING!
