Strong 4 star will most likely bump to 5 star when I visit the inside and receive same great service. Placed an online order. Definitely recommend RetailMeNot to find a 20% coupon for Michael's. Placed an online order and within an hour or two received an email that my order was ready for pickup. Drove to the location, found convenient parking in the spots directly in front of the store, called the store number, was greeted and my order was promptly brought out to me. Great customer service, easy to use website, easy to find coupons.

I booked a birthday party for my daughter here. Every time I called I had to speak to a manager about it- which leads one to believe that a manager would be running your party... This was not the case. The person leading the party .. it was her first time doing so. The crafts were cute- however I don't know how they thought we were going to do 4 crafts in two hours, with 8 girls and only 3 bottles of glue! When a member of our group asked for more glue the host said she couldn't get anymore . Seriously? This is Michaels!!! I ended up putting glue in party plates and the host was able to give us popsicle sticks so that all the girls could glue at the same time. The first craft wasn't explained correctly - so we had to do parts of it over. This was very hard for my daughter to understand she has ADHD- waiting is very hard. My daughter accidentally cut off part of her star... they didn't have another print out to give her?! I used my nieces star to trace it- because my daughter was nearly in tears that their wasn't another one. Had we waited until they got another she would have had a meltdown. Also, if you decide to have a party here don't let the parents of your guest leave- otherwise you will be the only person to really help them with the crafts.

The store was nice and clean, despite the early December rush of everyone doing their holiday shopping. I came in to get some new artwork framed, and the two Crystals that worked in the framing department, yes I said there are two girls named Crystal working in the same department, were both extremely helpful. They were both able to help me find a matte for my art that looked good with that artwork as well as the artwork that would be placed around it. One of them pointed out to me that if I downloaded their iPhone app, it would be a 50% off of one item coupon there that I could use to save a good chunk of change. I love it when store employees are happy to tell you how to save money at their store! It really made me want to come back again. The framing and matte work that they did for me looks extremely good, and I have already received numerous compliments on it. At the same time the price was not out of this world.
