I had a great visit this afternoon! When I spoke with Jimmy by phone before the visit to confirm shop hours and availability, he was very pleasant and professional, and the excellent customer service did not end there! He greeted me when I walked into the lobby and even remembered our phone call from this morning. There was no wait. The service was fast, convenient, and cost-effective. Also, Jimmy was very friendly. He smiled often and made direct eye contact. Plus, he spoke in a very clear and concise manner as he explained my service options. After hearing about my recent experiences at another nearby location, Jimmy welcomed me back to his shop anytime for routine service. I walked away feeling like a valued customer. I would definitely recommend this location to others!!!

Jimmy is the man. Best price I've seen since popping 5 tires in Columbus. With 20 minutes to close, they were able to get my car in and tire replaced. Incredible service. I'll drive across Columbus jus to have their help.
