This place is supposed to be in Urgent Care you're supposed to be able to be seen without having to have an appointment might as well call it a late night doctor

The doctor spent less than 5 minutes in the room with me, I wouldn't call what happened an exam but they sure billed my insurance for one. Waste of time and money.

Went in for a dog bite on thumb. Nurse practitioner was afraid of it. Said I had to go to the E.R. If you can't put doctors in the urgent care then maybe you should close them. At the E.R. they said it seems that the urgent care sends everyone there instead of treating them. I'm sure I'll be sent a bill for nothing and nothing is what I will pay.

This urgent care consistently impresses me with its efficiency, friendliness, and prompt attention to healthcare needs. Every practitioner I've encountered has been phenomenal. Frankly, I prefer their service over my primary care physician. Keep up the outstanding work!

My wife went to see a “physician” by the name of S. Brown Jones and I have to say this woman has no business practicing medicine. She belittled my wife about strep throat and just wanted to argue with her about penicillin vs amoxicillin. My wife gets strep about 1 or 2 times a year and a z pack cures it every time. Instead of just giving her a z pack, she just wanted to argue with her. She proceeded to hang up on me once I called back to request a Z pack. Whats the harm in prescribing a Z pack? This woman has no business being in the medical field.

Do not come here without an appointment. Says walk in welcome, but would not see without an appointment. It is absolutely ridiculous to be an urgent care that only takes appointments. Urgent things do not come on a scheduled basis. It seems silly to me. Just take the walk in welcome down, it would save lots of people aggravation.

I normally don’t have an issue with this urgent care. However, this last trip with my son wasn’t the best at all. You now need an appointment (when it’s URGENT care) which sucks. After finally getting in we were waiting in the room for another hour okay cool whatever. The doc sent my medication without checking to see which pharmacy was preferred.. okay so I went to the one they sent it to and it was closed. Great so I call back to have it sent to another pharmacy the receptionist wouldn’t give me a time frame when it would be sent but insured it would be that night. Fast toward the pharmacy closed too without it being sent so I had to wait until the next day to get my son’s medicine. While speaking with the nurse or MA I asked how long he would be contagious she said a few days so obviously with that information he didn’t go to school and I didn’t go to work. I call to get an excuse and I’m told he was only contagious for 24hrs and I can only be covered for 2 days including the night he went. Very frustrating because had I gotten the correct information in the first place he wouldn’t have missed school and I wouldn’t have missed work. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this office.

Went in for what I thought was a broken foot. They took X-rays and sent me home before a radiologist even read the X-rays. Later called me to tell me my foot is not broken. I then scheduled my own orthopedic appointment with a different office, and it is definitely broken. I walked around for almost a month on a broken foot because the doctors at this urgent care rushed and didn’t correctly read the X-rays.

Waited over two hours just for them to put people in front of me. The triage is in the main lobby in front of other patients no privacy at all. All the doctors walking around eating. This place sucks needs to be close or hiring better fit people. I was in so much pain just walked out and left.

Only fine with giving one star because I didn't have to wait for 45 minutes - hour to see someone, but thats only because there was literally no one in the waiting room and now I know why..

Nothing says urgent care like you need to schedule an appointment online or call us... Seriously? COVID notwithstanding, having to schedule an appointment to go to an urgent care is ridiculous. Furthermore when you do acquiesce to that request to schedule it's impossible to do so online. And you end up on hold for 40 minutes. There's nothing urgent about that. Ohio Health it seems to be going down hill.
