Great selection and location. I am able to find the products I am looking for that always seem to be out of stock at other retailers. Staff is pleasant and helpful, and I live their curbside service.

Not sure how this store gets a 4.5 star in general. Worst experience and I will genuinely never shop at this location again unless another one or a different pet store in general doesn't have what I need. For starters, we were not greeted at all. I was completely thrown off by the dog wash--I've never given a self wash at a PSP location before and won't be doing it again unless I have a free coupon (and not at this location). I don't like the timer (I have a double coated dog, so it takes me longer). They ask you how many towels you'll use, and the employee turned on the water for the small dog tub for my large breed 58lb GSD mix. Really? Good thing my dog is well trained and stays in place when I ask him to because they only had one tether and the tubs were so easy to just jump out of. Good thing other dogs weren't in there as well that weren't poorly mannered/handled. This place was also trashed and dirty. The dog wash vent was covered in dust in hair and there was product sitting in the isles in our way. It's a good thing my husband and I didn't need any assistance with anything because the employee was standing up at the register with an earbud in one ear and texting at the counter in between customers checking out. Will absolutely (and gladly) take my business elsewhere.

I love pet supplies Plus in Reynoldsburg customer service is phenomenal they have everything you need for most any animal. They have a washed salon for dogs. They also sell lots of pets and have supplies for everyone you buy. But the best part as they always have what you need in stock and they have a great rewards program that can save you a lot of money.
