“I was here about a week ago and had the best experience! I was in a rush because a table at my business broke in the midst of a setup so I was a bit panicked. I rushed to Sam's Club to purchase a new table. Upon entering I noticed that the aisle where the tables were was EMPTY (in the size that I needed). I have never seen the tables roll be empty so you can just about imagine how I was feeling. I ran across a wonderful lady named "Lizzy" ( if I can remember correctly) she was so gracious and stopped what she was doing to see if there was ANY in stock... Lizzy found that there was 25 in stick, she found the manager and the orchestrated to have a forklift lower the stock of tables down just for me to get 1 table!. I was so grateful ?? and surprised they did that for me. Further, there was 2 brothers, whom look like TWINS but I learned isn't LOL, "Jeremiah" both have biblical names. The two brothers grabbed the table for me, helped me through the line and politely carried the table to my truck. During the process of carrying the table, there was another customer who needed assistance so the brothers quickly came up with a plan to help us both and they did so with great professionalism and care!
I am so pleased. I come to this location often and this has been my BEST experience. I noticed that thr manager spoke with the employees with respect and care, she was kind, which I think goes a long ways to create a healthy work environment.”
“I had to pick up prescriptions today That I had to show I.D. for....I almost passed out while I was waiting for my prescriptions.... One of the pharmacy techs. Walked me out to my vehicle to make sure I didn't hurt myself,( FLORA ? ), I THINK THAT WAS HER NAME....Tuesday-6-17 at 16:02.... Thank you so much Flora... This is a great pharmacy , and I have a great relationship with the majority of the people there.....Losing Jamie the former head pharmacist was the biggest mistake you guys ever made.... But I continue to stay because of the other techs and Christina, don't lose them or you will lose customers..... Do something nice for Flora ?... A raise or recognize her, something !!!... Your 15 year customer....Thank You”

The folks in the meat and bakery are excellent at their jobs and extremely helpful.
Stop at the café. Some of the nicest folks. One time I was in self check out and a jar of spaghetti sauce exploded. The lady cleaning up the condiment area cleaned it (and me) off the floor. So sweet!”

“People are always friendly here and efficient with filling prescriptions, pricing is reasonable and often free but that might be my insurance mostly. My wife and I switched to this location from the Walgreens on Mcnaughten (they’ve had staffing issues) and have been very happy with this location. I don’t think it deserves the current 3.4 stars it has and felt like showing some appreciation. My one critique is sometimes they’re hard to get a hold of over the phone but usually if I call back in an hour they pick right up, so pretty minor stuff.”
“This Kroger was super clean and the bakery department looked amazing. We ended up getting a super fresh baguette for only 99 cents! We plan on making some vodka rigatoni tomorrow and needed a nice crisp break to sop everything up! Lots of good deals in the store today and who doesn't love having a Starbucks right in the store?!?!?! It's our first time at this particular location but it's pretty certain that we will be back when we are coming back from the Lowe's down the road. Hurrah!”
“I showed up with an issue and I was treated very respectful, kind and courteous. They were willing to listen to anything I had to say and help with my issue. They worked very diligently with everyone that was there before and after me. It was very clean and had a very friendly atmosphere. I most definitely would be willing to go back again. The wait time was amazing. It was quick and very respectful again very respectful. My issue was very private. You would never know that anybody was around. They spent time with me as if I was the only one there.”

“⭐⭐SHOUT OUT TO TUNISIA⭐⭐!!!I had a gap in insurance coverage, and couldn't spend thousands of dollars on my medications, so I could only afford one of them. Tunisia worked and worked on her computer trying different things and discount programs for me and I was able to get all of my medicine. I know she was busy but she took her time to try to find me a coupon code to lower each price tremendously. She is very patient and caring. Thank you Tunisia, your kindness is truly appreciated. You are a blessing and an ? angel to your customers.”
“This place is always crazy busy. I typically stop into this supercenter when out in Reynoldsburg and make it a Sam's Club/Walmart Combo trip. I always find this lot challenging for parking and navigating around. I recommend just grabbing a spot and walking up. Typical Walmart and they keep this location decently stocked.”

“Was ok. I don't shop at CVS very often because the staff all look and act depressed. Just dead personalities. No pleasantries, they barely speak and when they do it's barely a whisper. It's just not a good vibe. The aisles are narrow and the overall layout of the store could use an upgrade. Just my opinion.”
“I dont have a problem with the inside of the store or the pharmacy. I do have problem who they hired to plow the parking lot, entrance and the drive thru area . I recommend you get your money back and hire a company that is competent”
