“If you’re looking for a reliable, small, possibly family-owned pharmacy that truly cares, Freedom Pharmacy is the place to go! When no one else in town can fill a compound prescription, they get it done—no hassle, no runaround. That alone speaks volumes about their dedication and expertise. The service is always fast, and the staff is incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about helping their customers and making sure you leave taken care of. Even though they do NOT take insurance, don’t let that stop you—the prices are very affordable and well worth it for the level of service you receive. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that combines efficiency, knowledge, and genuine customer care like this. Highly recommend supporting this local gem!”

“This store has it all. Deli, groceries. More convenient that a big grocery store, without convenience store prices. Convenient location as well. So glad this store is in my neighborhood.”

“We definitely need a Kroger fuel pump back home in Logan county in Wyoming county West Virginia. I saved almost 50 cents a gallon because we have a Krogers here and I had saved up so many Kroger points it was great for my long trip.”

“I have been shopping at this store for a bit, mainly due to the convenience. This store is normally fully stocked and has a great variety. The bakery is on point and their produce is always impressive. I will continue to frequent this store as long as it maintains it current level of service!”

“Great pharmacy, well staffed compared to big brand pharmacies and much nicer people. Had to switch to Giant Eagle because they were the only ones who have my medication in stock.”

“I shop at the Kroger on 256 near Refugee Rd, There's a Giant Eagle right across the street and I used to shop there. The prices are about the same and so is the service. But what gives Kroger a leg up on Giant Eagle is that Kroger has a State Liquor store in their location.”

“I went this morning because I was returning a shipment of goods from Chewy. There were 2 boxes and I couldn’t comfortably lift either of them. Jabari in Fed Ex came out to my car to take a look as I had asked if they had a dolly. Jabari carried both boxes for me into the store. He also helped me with printing labels that were sent by email. I cannot thank him enough for his help!! There are still good people and great customer service and great customer support. Thank you again Jabari!! You are the best!! :)”

“I want to give a huge thank you to the evening staff working on May 6th at CVS close to closing time. After having such a difficult experience trying to get my son’s asthma medication filled elsewhere, your team stepped in and handled everything quickly, professionally, and with compassion. The staff was kind, efficient, and immediately worked to get my son’s prescription transferred and filled promptly with no issues at all. As a parent dealing with a child experiencing asthma symptoms, that level of urgency and care meant everything to me. Thank you all for staying professional, helpful, and patient during a stressful situation. Your customer service and willingness to help truly made a difference for our family tonight.”
