I ordered a pair of boots to be delivered to the store for pick up. They didn't give me a date. It took 9 days to get there. They didn't call me when they arrived like they said they would. When I called them they said the other guy had sold them to some other customer. They said they would have to order them again and didn't offer to expedite the process. Almost acted like it was my fault. Terrible

The sole cracked in 5 months….. Red wing uses cheaper glue, I noticed in the last 10 years… I Paid $260 Never again!

The service at this store, in particular, is magnificent! They measured my feet and suggested a boot size different from what I normally wear, and the fit is top notch! Been breaking the boots in for a few days now, and I'm not in pain! This will be the o ly place I buy boots from now on

Went in for a new pair of boots as my old ones were at least 25 years old. Didn't seem like the guy was interested in selling me boots like I had on. Really didn't want a sale so I left and went to GroveCity Redwing and that person was very nice and hooked me up with a nice pair of new boots. Would highly recommend GroveCity store

I purchased a pair of boots on Black Friday, representative called Jorden, told me I could paid for it, they will call me once they get it at the store and Black Friday discount would apply as well, he said was gonna call me back as soon as they get the boots at the store, longer than a week later, I had to call them, one of the representatives told me they will have those boots 3265 available until spring, I got back to the store and Jorden gave a different pair of boots, when he gave me his word I wanna gonna get Hard Insulated one R# 3266D and wont lose my 20% off, Monday 12/27 I came to the store Jorden wasn’t in there, I was assisted by Drake I asked about my Black Friday discount and resolution was not provided (just you get back what you paid for) now I gotta paid in a different red wing store 302 dollars about more than 60 dollars more expensive just because a representative wanted me to buy a boot size didn’t want.

Nice store and they have some nice Red Wing boots. However the employee there tried to tell me that I did not wear a size 12. This is because his machine told him, after I stepped on it, that I wore an 11 and then I did not have wide feet. I did not know this until he brought the boots out and I looked at the size and I said these won't fit. The shoe guy told me that that's my size. I told him no it's not could you please get me a 12. He told me to try the dude on. So I entertained him and I put the boot on and my toes went all the way to the end of the boot with my heel all the way to the back of the boot. And they were way too narrow. I didn't even have to stand up to know that. So then I told him again as I was taking the boot off. The machine is wrong, could you please get me a size 12 wide. The shoe guy told me that he would go get the size 12 but they're going to be too big. I have never worn a size 11 in my adult life. As a matter of fact I wear a 12 to 13, depending on the shoe brand. Some Jordans run a little smaller so I have to get a 13. Knowing this about myself, I understand that I would never be able to wear an 11. It was just amazing to me how the guy wanted to argue with me about what size shoe I wore all because his little machine told him so. And when he asked me to take a step across the same machine it malfunctioned and wasn't working and he even told me this. Yet he still wanted to use the machines judgment on what size I wear. I went along with it a little bit because I figured this guy's a professional and he acted like he knew what he was talking about. But by the time I left that store I thought that that guy would have him much better success in a different profession. I walked out of there with a size 12 wide Red Wing boots. And the only reason that I stayed there and got the boots from them, was because it was the closest Red Wing store to me and that's where the company that I work for sent me to get boots. I had a voucher for there. Our company works directly with Red Wing. However next time I think I will travel a little further to a different store. I'm giving this three stars because I do like Red Wing boots. I just wasn't too crazy about the employee.
