If I could give this place a “ Zero” I would. The employees are the rudest I’ve ever encountered at any business. It shouldn’t be hard to be pleasant to people that are in your store for mere minutes. I will never revisit this Sally’s location.If by chance Sally’s corporate reads these reviews ( doubtful) you should take note that this store has a rating of 2.8 and they’re ALL about the horrid customer service.

Worst place to shop I went there to get hair clipper and I decide to return it but the people work there they are rude please advise you don't buy any stuff from there unless you want to waste your money like I waste mine and all so they don't have company policy display on the store

They just charged $300 and couldn't explain to me why it went up another $100 and wouldn't blow dry my hair so I couldn't tell what color it came out to be.. what a rip off. Stay away!

The worst customer service EVER. It wasn’t just one visit. Must be a requirement to be rude, ghetto, have an attitude and avoid customers having questions. I will NEVER go there again!!

I went to Sally’s today and they had the nerve to talk about 15 cents for a bag. Now you have to pay for a bag for the products you buy! I can pay it but I won’t and will no longer shop there.

Terrible customer service! They tried to hand my mom a gift card refund for an item I ordered online that was unused and untouched! No one was trying to hear her / me out (I was on her phone where they could hear) untill I said I was contacting corporate! I’m sure it was because English isn’t her first language they thought they would be able to just hand us a gift card for something we paid money with that was still in the box/wrapped unused/untouched! The woman said her name was Enga which I doubt but they deserved to get Fired!

Had the worst store experience with Sarah the manager. She was so aggressive with her tone and it was obvious she didn't care. I contacted the corporate offices to share with them my experience. I will never spend another dollar in Sally Beauty. It's just another business who will hire anyone because they cannot find qualified individuals. She has no business working with people in a customer service environment

I had the pleasure of speaking to a woman named Julie, she was completely awful and had zero customer service skills. I called her store and was inquiring on a piece of merchandise. She said she didn’t have a part for it so my mother asked her if it was possible to maybe call the other store to see if they had it in stock, she said she was unable to do so because she had other customers to attend to and then she just hangs up on us while still talking to her. Did not like my experience with her at all. If I could rate this no start I would.

When I walked in, the person at the counter did not speak. After she left the counter and started walking around, I had to say hello three times in order for her to even acknowledge what I said. ( and I was just a few feet from her). This is not the typical treatment that I receive when I walk into Sally's. I hope they train their staff to be professional and speak to customers as they walk in.
