I recently visited this location. They employees had no knowledge of Black hair care,and the prices went up. They have a very small section of Black American hair care products. It was not good experience. I will not be shopping their anymore.

I went in to pick up my online order and Blu was so amazing and helpful. Very personable, kind and overall great person. He walked me to my car with my daughters to make sure I was safe as it was dark and late out. Helped me the entire time very knowledgeable with the hair colors and recommended a treatment for my hair. Thank you for being so helpful and kind.

They just charged $300 and couldn't explain to me why it went up another $100 and wouldn't blow dry my hair so I couldn't tell what color it came out to be.. what a rip off. Stay away!

I brought a Peanut clipper made by Wahl and it was defective and did not work .Sally’s does not guarantee its products and makes you return it to the manufacturer.What is the point of buying products if it’s not guaranteed to work .

Walked 3 ft into the store to look for a headband for a wedding and was greeted with a no we don't have that and goodbye type of vibe. She was quick to send us on our way.

I ordered a product online for in-store pick up today which was ready before my quoted time. When I went to pick it up, the system was having issues processing the order (no ones fault, just technological issues) and the lovely lady at the register called multiple people and worked very hard to resolve the issue, while still pleasantly greeting other customers and ringing them out while I stepped to the side to wait. She went above and beyond! I wish I had gotten her name. Thank you for your perseverance, patience and positivity!

Had the worst store experience with Sarah the manager. She was so aggressive with her tone and it was obvious she didn't care. I contacted the corporate offices to share with them my experience. I will never spend another dollar in Sally Beauty. It's just another business who will hire anyone because they cannot find qualified individuals. She has no business working with people in a customer service environment

Staff was far from helpful. I asked about tape in hair extensions, tried to match them to my hair asked her opinion and she replied there’s a mirror I don’t know. When I asked about other color options she said you can just go online. (Even though hair extensions are non returnable) very disappointed in customer service.

The ladies at Sally's were very professional and very knowledgeable. The store did not have what I needed though so I had to go to another Sally's to obtain what I needed.
