Why have a cafe and serve pizza & snacks but open and close at your leisure? Wasted 30 min in traffic to get pizza for my kids to find out they closed early!!! Manager told me us was lack of food and another manager said lack of staff. Stop blaming Covid and do your jobs as managers!! You have options if you don't like your job.

I really like this location. They have a lot of great items at great prices. The staff is nice. The store is super organized. You should definitely check it out!

Normally we have no issues with sams club. However Friday 12/16 we visited in the AM. We bought one of the rotisserie chickens for dinner and this is what we found as we were serving it. However it was prepped or cooked was unacceptable. This is the first time we bought a chicken from there because they are normally always gone when we get there. All I ask is you preform some quality assurance because of this matter as I am sure ours was t the only one.

i ordered my cake form sams club a week ago. went to go pick it up today and didn't even make it a mile down the road before the icing starting melting and falling off. I tried to call them to advise them of this issue and the bakery nor the customer service would answer! I would NEVER order a cake from this location again! now I have a cake I can't even use!!!

Lately I had flat tires for both cars in 3 weeks apart. Boyh time I drove to Sam's for the fix. The service person were very nice, they helped me fixing the flat tires with their already busy work schedule, for no cost at all. The tire price herr is good. It often they offer a $70 or $80 off for set of 4. If you are a plus member, you would also receive a 50% off on the installation. Free rotation and balance, flat tire fixed are the part of the warranty services.

Terrible customer service! I was in the food court and the libe was so very long that i had to wait 10 minutes just for them not even to have churros. THEN the worker decided to skip me and started taking orders of people behind me, Note that she looked at me multiple times and still continued to take others order. I believe that us customers shouldn't have to stand in lines for more than 5 minutes and i also think that they should put up a sign stating what they do or don't have. This needs to be worked out I as a buying customer should not have to feel like i am a burden towards workers. Get this fixed IMMEDIATELY!!

Disgusting trip to Reynoldsburg Sam's Club. Still don't know how to cook the rotisserie chicken up to temperature. Late morning and still workers stand in front of oven saying try this chicken and sticking thermometer into numerous chickens. Last time we bought one it with under done. Fast forward to checkout where over charged several dollars on an item. Told to go back to customer service where young girl argued every which way why we should be over charged and just go away. She had no idea how to do a refund and was RUDE. Our membership is coming up for renewal and will be a cold day in h&ll before we do. Is this good customer treatment? No!

I'm a big Costco Fan. Have gone there for 2 years now. But I recently took advantage of the deal for half off a membership to Sams club and I have to say, the prices are better here ! Sometimes the quantity is not the same caliber of Costco, but this was definitely worth the membership. This is a new staple of ours when grocery shopping ! If you're on a budget and considering Costco, or Sams Club. I would have to say Sams club takes the Cake when it comes to value.

Nice store. I drove out to Reynoldsburg to check it out. To mix up the shopping a bit and try a new location. Seemed a bit larger than the other Sam's Clubs in the area or maybe it is newer. Plenty of parking, clean store, has all the goodies just like the rest. I will say the cafeteria was hopping. I have yet to try the cafe food at Sam's Club but I am starting to build up the courage and take a walk on the adventurous side. With all those long lines I feel like I have to be missing out.

We've visited this Sam's Club location for many years, and I've noticed the service is hit-or-miss these days. The staff used to be friendly and helpful as soon as you walked in, but now people seem not to care that you're there. It's not a huge deal, we'll continue to visit because they seem well stocked, it just used to be an enjoyable visit and now it's not. My last several visits have been curbside pickup, and while other stores do it quicker, this at least saves me from having to go into the store with kids.

Needed a battery changed. After an hour of wasted time and a headache at walmart, walked out and decided to come here as a last ditch effort for the day. The guys were fantastic, even got us in for a last minute appointment, they were quick and very helpful. Definitely will be coming back.

Have to make an appointment but I've been calling for three days and no one will answer. Tires were cheaper, but warranty is useless for flats.

I wish I could give 1/2 star for their service. I had a curbside pickup and I was at the location a few mins before 8 [They close at 8]. But I couldn't get the app working for check-in. When I tried to reach out to help, the club employee was like "We are closed at 8, you will have to come back tomorrow". I told them that I was here on time and the app wasn't working, also told them it is a 45 mins drive for me, but they did not oblige. This is poor customer service and I would cancel my pickup order and probably buy it from somewhere else. Also would look to not review my plus membership as I believe it is completely useless if they are unable to provide basic services like this.
