This store is ridiculous! First of all, all the employees were never working at the same time when they have a waitlist 12 ppl long! Every time they finish with one person, they go to the back for what? A break!? When you have ppl waiting for a hour everyone should be on their computers!! Plus they have it 1 million degrees in the store so sitting here dripping with sweat while waiting is so much fun! Do WORK!

Avoid this place like the plague. Remarkably unfriendly staff, perhaps because they are severely understaffed. But make an appointment so you can avoid waiting with the other 10-15 walk-ins with no place to sit.

Wait times are ridiculous. I went in store just to pick up my equipment and waited in line for a hour and a half. There were two workers until one of them clocked out leaving the other alone with a line of 15 people. The employee (i believe her name was Jennifer) did her best and was very kind and was doing the best she could.

Waited an hour to return old equipment, while sitting there another gentleman came in for the same and I mentioned it had been a noticeable wait. The passive aggressive comments from the employee reminding me I didnt have to wait and could go somewhere else did not make me feel particularly welcome.

Slowest spectrum in all of Columbus. If you are just returning the modem and router you might as well just send it in the mail because they will make you wait an hour+ to just hand it to them and walk out. 16 people waiting in line with one worker.

I went in Friday and one young man was working by himself with several customers. He was patient with excellent customer service. The manager was there didn't help. I waited almost an hour had to leave and come back, Then 2 other ladies were there, The one that helped me was rude telling me one thing that wasn't true she seemed like she didn't want to be there. That was thee worst experience Ive ever had!!!
