I’ve been in this store numerous times and each time it’s been a horrible experience. The last time I went in was Sunday July 9th. The store closes at 5, I went in at 4:50 just to buy an iPhone charger. The young man who was working I’ve dealt with before and every time it’s very obvious he doesn’t care about customer service. It’s almost like you’re annoying or bothering him. He blew off the lady in front of me, then when I asked about what charger I needed he replied “I’m not sure but it doesn’t matter anyway because I already closed my system”. Ridiculously rude. His biggest priority was walking out those doors at 5 on the dot. I’d advise anyone and everyone to find a different location to visit. I’ll never step foot in this store again and if you appreciate good customer service neither should you. I love how the management hasn’t even taken the time to respond to this review that’s months old. Really shows you about how this store is run and by whom. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS STORE.

Went here to exchange my failed router for a new one. There was only 6 people in line ahead of me so I figured it wouldn't be a long wait. I waited over an hour to simply exchange my equipment. After waiting for over an hour they made an announcement that they were out of Wi-Fi routers when I had checked in on the kiosk they could've told me that they were out considering I was there to exchange equipment but let me sit there and wait for almost an hour, until I was almost ready to go up to let us all know that they were out of stock, and there was nothing that I could do. Absolutely awful customer service extremely slow, and they do not care.

Terrible waste of time. Customer told me I needed a router. The rep offered to mail it to me. I decided I could just pick it up at this location. First you have to sign in, okay get that. However some people would say they just had a question and then they would be helped even though they came in after those of us who signed in. Then when it was finally my turn, the rep that I got insisted on correcting my terminology for the equipment I was trading in for the new router I was supposed to get. I told him that I was sent in to pick a certain router which they did not have. I was given another modem, which is what I was turning in for the router. Waste of time. This whole ordeal started when I tried to cancel Spectrum Internet because I was not getting the speeds I was supposed to get, and the customer service rep that I spoke with talked me into sticking with Spectrum and a new router would help with the speeds. After the experience at the store, I think I will go ahead and cancel after all since I'm still having the same issue with speed.

I'm at a loss for words. All I needed to do was pick up a box and the one extremely rude and slow employee working made me wait in line behind all the people getting cellular service and TV and refused to just give me the box. Ridiculous, don't go here.

My family and I came into the Reynoldsburg store today to switch over from T-Mobile to Spectrum Mobile. The store was busy, but the employees were working diligently through the queue in a timely manner. We might've waited 10 minutes and were called back and by the time we finished porting our numbers over it was painless (way better experience than that of T-Mobile). CarDarow was the expert at Spectrum that helped us. He was FANTASTIC. Straight to the point, very helpful with any questions that we had and made the experience overall very pleasant. Thank you so much for the great experience and helpful knowledge. You were great. Highly recommend. :)

(Understand I TRULY HATE SPECTRUM, but the apartment complex I just moved from offered 2 choices for internet/cable: AT&T or Spectrum. But, I DESPISE AT&T MORE THAN SPECTRUM, so plz keep this in mind as you continue to read this...)Coming into the store, my arms were full...4 floor clerks, not one came to help with the door or my load. One acknowledged me after I used my foot to get inside the store.After I unloaded my equipment, I handed her a copy of my bill, she STILL ask me questions that's on the bill...SMH!TOP IT OFF...she then tells I have another piece of equipment to return (which I do not). Giving me the serial# says for me to turn it in or I'll be changed. She did offer another option, after I told her my thoughts on her announcement, to call Spectrum Equipment CS and turn in my complaint. Which I did, spoke with Larry. Found out in March 2023, I was sent another modem to replace the one that wasn't working (its also the one I sent back thru the UPS store in March). Larry sent in a equipment ticket & said I should have an answer in 8-10 days.Meanwhile, less than 24hrs later, I have received 1 text message and 2 emails about this missing equipment. 1 of the emails said from Offline Customer Support says they have been trying to reach me. 1st-time I heard from any Spectrum services.Really if I CANNOT STAND SPECTRUM ?why would I keep anything that's belongs to them? The answer is HELL..2..the..NO!!

Their staff is horrible, they do not solve anything and when I arrived I was yelling at an older adult who did not want to help him as they should and when it was my turn they treated me super bad customer service 0 out of 0

Went in to upgrade my phone I've had for years, waited to be called, then was told nonchalantly that because I no longer have spectrum internet I could not upgrade my phone.Her overall attitude was that she didn't care and didn't want to be there, so I expected to be brushed off. I went put to the parking lot and ended up calling the customer service line, and the lady who I spoke with said there was no such rule.Long story short I got my new phone ordered on that phone call, painlessly. The store experience was AWFUL and a complete waste of my time, but the customer service line was A+.
