Currently being investigated for fraud charges when I found out that I was being charged for a unit I have no idea of. I do not have a unit with this company , but they charged my card anyway and refused to refund it so now they can answer to my bank’s fraud department. And I will be pressing charges

One of the cheaper places, great promo for first month. I'm really disappointed that the website says 24 hours access but the signs all say access ends early, like 9 or 10 pm. I chose them BECAUSE of the 24 hours, but I'm not going to leave because of it. Also had a small confusion at move in, at noon on a Friday, and no one answered the door or doorbell at the office or my calls. I emailed and a very kind gentleman called from out of state, I assume customer service of some kind and explained what I needed after maybe 20 minutes. Overall hiccups have been manageable. Seems like they're going through an ownership change whichcould be the reason they happened in the first place
Adding - was contacted because of my review and told they DO have 24 hour access. Changing from 3 to 5 because of it and the rapid responses to email or calls. No one on site isn't a problem now that I know to just call the general number or email the help box. Clean, cheap, and responsive to everything I've asked so far.

All digital experience no people so if something goes wrong you're out of luck. That said, renting was simple as was closing out.

Arch City storage of Etna made renting a storage from them easy peasy. Everything was done over the phone and email. I had the storage the same day with no waiting to move in. I loved the experience!

I would have given a one star rating for this, but Melanie (I think it was her name) helped me a lot so I am doing a five star rating because of her. Otherwise I had nothing but problems from day I rented the unit.

I called today as I have been issues making a payment. First, a huge shout out to Journee for helping me navigate the link sent. He was very knowledgeable and patient.
Second, I made a payment last month with a new card as my last one had been compromised. I hit the box that said to use this as continuing payment which apparently took for one of my storage areas and not the other. I would like a refund of the late fee as I did do that and for some reason it didn’t take. Thank you for considering this request.
Again, kudos to Journey in your call center.
