I had to get a set of tires, not only did they have the ones I wanted in stock, I was able to get an appointment that same day. John was very helpful and very nice. It was a busy night and John made time for each of his customers. I would recommend.

Reginal manger reached out and said I could come in for a free check. Didn't address the horrible customer service. The fact is it was still in warranty when I first called but when I had to call back it was out. I guess that's how they make sure they get more money. Horrible Customer service. Called to. check if I was still in warranty on my alignment, said they were busy and they'd call me back. Over 2 weeks I had to call back and guess what now I'm out of my warranty and nothing they can do. Won't ever go back now.

I have been a customer for years. I got 4 tire replacements done in earlier in 2025 and a few days later I noticed my ABS and brake light coming on and I didn’t think it was related to my tires at all but after researching I found out that it is very common for your wheel speed sensor to get damaged during tire changes. Before I got new tires, I have never seen my ABS light on. I explained this to the manager Tyler but they would not take accountability so now I am paying for their mistake. This business always showed me respect and good customer service but this situation was very disappointing. At the time I was going through a lot and didn’t have the mental energy to call corporate and try to fight this because I think it was unfair and I shouldn’t have to do that anyways. It’s really a small fix but it’s the principle of the situation and it shows their lack of integrity as a business.

Was sitting on the freeway for over 3 hours. Finally got a tow to T.D. John was full but, got me right in !! God is good! Thanks John!!!

I got new tires placed on Saturday morning. The people working the front were friendly and efficient. They didn’t try push me into any extras or try to ‘’mansplain’ to me. True professionals! I was updated at regular intervals on my service’s progress and paid the price I was quoted at the beginning.

I recently had a flat tire from the air pump at a gas station sucking all the air out. I quickly called and John said come right in and they would take a look. 20 minutes before closing, John inspected, filled and put the tire back on my car in a very efficient manner so that we could continue on with our day.

Updated: Since we’ve got our oil change, my car has been leaking oil on our drive way. We looked into it and the oil filter cap was cross-threaded and the o ring was split. This was causing oil to spray all over my engine and our driveway.
Won’t be going back.

Fast, trustworthy, and efficient service—thanks John!
I scheduled a patch after catching a nail in the Aldi’s lot, and John got me in right on time. He was patient, thorough, showed me the work, and even offered to handle my oil change while I was there. Everything was done over my lunch break, which I really appreciated. We’ve already bought my husband’s truck tires here and will be back for mine when the time comes.

Got a new set of tires put on today, it included an alignment and an oil change voucher.
This place is excellent, I dealt with John, Very professional and outstanding with customers.
All the people there were very nice and friendly. John was extremely patient with answering all my questions and understanding of me changing my appointment twice. This is a great place to go for any of the services they offer. They had me taken care of extremely fast and I was extremely pleased. I would highly recommend this place and ask for John .
